These notes are taken from the Erosion, Sedimentation, and Pollution Control Plan Checklist for stand alone construction projects as published by the Georgia Soil and Water Conservation Commission on January 1, 2018. The Level II certification number and seal of the certified Design Professional can be found on each sheet pertaining to the ES&PC plan (see This Sheet). The name and phone number of the 24-hour local contact responsible for erosion, sedimentation and pollution controls shall be the general contractor's on-site representative who will be named prior to construction. Total acreage of project area: 1.67 Acres Disturbed acreage of project area: 0.46 Acres The GPS location of the construction exit for the site is Latitude 32 50' 34.46" N, Longitude 83 36' 53.19" W. The initial and/or revision date of this plan is depicted on the title block of each plan sheet. A notation shall be made on the plan of any revisions to the plan, the date of revision, and the entity that requested the revisions. The construction activity includes BMP installation and construction of pedestrian site improvements for the renovation and additions to an existing neighborhood. A vicinity map showing site's relation to surrounding areas is depicted on the Title Sheet of this plan. The project receiving waters include an existing piped storm drain system and ditch system to the Ocmulgee River, which is not an impaired waterway. Due to the size of the proposed disturbed area and the proximity of the site to state waters, this plan does not include additional erosion control measures to fullfill TMDL's or a 3 phase plan. All petroleum products shall be stored and used in an area that provides a secondary containment feature, and shall be located in an area with the least foreseeable impact if a catastrophic event should occur. A graphic scale and north arrow are depicted on this Sheet. Existing and proposed contour lines are depicted on this Sheet. Contour lines are drawn at an interval of 1'. The existing contour lines are based on a field run survey by Donaldson, Garrett, & Associates. No alternate BMP's are proposed in this plan. There are no 25-foot state waters buffers proposed for this project. There are no state waters buffers impacts proposed for this plan. No storm drain pipe outlets or weir outlets are proposed for this project. Stormwater discharge is to existing storm sewers. Soil series and their delineation are depicted on this sheet. The limits of disturbance for this site are depicted on this sheet. Best management practices depicted on this sheet of this plan are consistent with the requirements of the Manual for Erosion and Sediment Control in Georgia. The legend for the BMP's can be found on this sheet. Detailed drawings for all structural practices are depicted on Sheet 7 of this plan. The installation of these practices must, at a minimum, meet the guidelines set forth in the Manual for Erosion and Sediment Control in Georgia. A vegetative plan, noting temporary and permanent vegetative practices, is depicted on Sheet 7 of this plan.
