Structure of the machine: The load bearing beam single-beam is made of very thick steel and has two robust hardened steel sliding tracks, so that the machine can work precisely for a much longer time. The bridge guide shoes are covered with tempered steel strips. We take a lot of care of the varnishing: sandblasting with an immediate treatment of varnishing with a zincing base before the workings. Drivings: The saw-blade holder slides on ball recirculation shoes, ensuring stability and precision for the tool.
