Our Team Use the right people for the right tasks. Our breadth of experience and industry knowledge allows us to understand and respond to your needs with interdisciplinary insight. Bernard Doray Managing Director, Senior Director Bernard is the joint managingdirector of the law corporation. He established the practice in 1985 and presently undertakes trial work and advises clients on establishing business structures in Singapore including wealth management and business succession issues. S Radakrishnan Managing Director, Senior Director Radakrishnan graduated from the University of Singapore and subsequently obtained his Masters Degree from the University of Cambridge. He has undertaken a wide variety of civil litigation, criminal and commercial fraud work at both Trial and Appellate Court levels. He is the joint managing-director of the law corporation. Foo Soon Yien Senior Director Soon Yien is an experienced litigator of 31 years standing. She has acted as counsel in a wide range of contentious corporate, commercial, property, family, probate and trust litigation work. She has made her mark taking novel legal arguments to both Trial and Appellate Courts, including the Court of Appeal. Suriakala Valli Param Director Mrs Param specialises in conveyancing and real estate legal work, advising clients on property related contracts, mortgage and real estate financing, development work, leasing including JTC and HDB commercial properties and stamp duties. She also advises banks and the CPF Board on real estate related matters. P. Sivakumar Director P. Sivakumar is a registered Singapore Patent Agent, SCOPE IP Consultant, member of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (U.K.). He specializes in corporate and commercial law, intellectual property, technology, and insurance. Daniel Loh Associate Director Daniel handles a wide range of contentious and noncontentious matters, including civil and commercial litigation and arbitration, matrimonial proceedings, criminal defence, probate and administration, adoption applications, mental capacity applications, general and lasting power of attorney, and more. Cannis Seng Associate Director Cannis undertakes real-estate work predominantly for Chinese companies pursuing commercial ventures in Singapore and the ASEAN region. Cannis is routinely engaged on a retainer basis by high net worth clients for general advisory work and personal property transactions. Dharma Sadasivan Associate Director Dharma undertakes commercial and advisory work, with a focus on intellectual property, technology, personal data, and commercial contracts. He is also the legal advisor to Eight Mercatus, a private equity firm investing in startups in the Asia Pacific region, and sits on their investment panel.
