introduction GPT, or Get Paid To, sites can be found all over the Internet. At one point or another, you have probably received junk mail encouraging you to complete tasks online - such as surveys - and get paid. That being said, is it really all junk mail? The answer is no. Many of these sites offer valid ways to bring in extra income with very little work. So, how do you know if a GPT site is legitimate? Research is the key solution. Take the time to find out as much information as possible about a particular site. Read the details noted on the site itself, paying close attention to any rules, regulations, or terms of service. One of the easiest ways to determine the validity of a site is by searching the name of the site, along with the word scam, in Google. If other people have posted complaints about a specific site, they will show up in your search results. Be sure to read the details of each posting to make sure the site was at the source of the problem, not the customer. Sites that have received just a couple of complaints may still present great opportunities. Various sites can be found online that give information about dishonest sites, such as RipOffReport.com and Scam.com. You can also check the database found at WhoIs.net to search the contact information and location of a site. Be weary of any site that appears to give false information. Tips To Help You Maximize Your Profit through trial offers! 1. Register for a free email account through Yahoo or Gmail, in addition to your personal email account, because you will receive a lot of advertisements. However, if you're not interested after you've finished trying the product, the delete key works fine. Many other sites offer free email accounts as well. 2. Never give out your private phone number. The best alternative option is to set up online virtual voicemail with its own phone number. Use that number when signing up for offers. For more information, search "virtual voice mail " in Google. 3. In order to pay the shipping cost, you can use a credit or debit card. However, I would recommend picking up a disposable prepaid card for a couple of dollars, in order to avoid giving out your regular credit card number online. You can get a Virtual Visa or Master card at Green Dot, EPassporte, or your local drug or grocery store. 4. Stay organized. Keep track of each offer you try, the amount you will be paid, and the date to cancel, so that additional products won't be sent out to you. It removes unused files from your system -allowing Windows to run faster and freeing up valuable hard disk space. It also cleans traces of your online activities such as your Internet history. You can download it at http://www.ccleaner.com/. 6. Read the guide to getting credit. It will help you understand how to get "offer" credit for every offer you complete! Site REgistration I will take you through the steps to sign up for a site and complete your first offer. You first need to choose the site you plan to use. I will use dealbarbiepays.com for this tutorial. Click on the link, which will bring you to the "Register" page of the site. Complete all the required information and click "Register". The site will track your IP address, so you will only be able to do offers and sign on to the site from that IP address - this protects the safety of both you and the site. In the past, individuals have tried to sign up for the same offers more than once by using different computers and false information. GPT Riches by Shawn Tester Page 9 of 18
Once you have finished, you will receive an email to verify your account. Click the link provided in the body of the message to gain access to the site and begin making money. GPT Riches by Shawn Tester Page 10 of 18
Completing your first offer In the screenshot above, you will see an arrow pointing to the offers. In this section I picked "Freebies" as the category. I am now going to choose the "Get Cash" offer. Click on the banner and it will take you to a different website where you will complete the offer. You will then return to the original offers page and click the "Submit" button. After it clears, $2.00 will be added to your account. Once you have accumulated at least $20 in your account you can request a payout (may differ between GPT sites). If you request a withdrawal by the last day of the month, your payment will be issued by the 20th of the next month. GPT Riches by Shawn Tester Page 11 of 18
For example, if you earn $20 and request a payment on July 31st, your payment will be sent out to you by August 20th. Make sure you read the "Guide to Getting Credit" before you move onit's great for making sure that you get the credit you deserve from the offers that you complete. Trial Offers If you choose to sign up for a company's trial offer, it usually works like this: A company will give you a sample to try for free (we will use "Face Wash" as an example). You pay $1.95 to have the face wash shipped to you, and if you love it, the company will ship you the face wash every 30 days and charge you $19.95. You can go to their website, send an email, or give them a call and tell them that it's not something you want to continue to receive. As long as you have done so within the time frame they gave you for the trial offer, you will not have to pay another dime. So, you have paid the $1.95 for shipping of the product and the offer is a thirty-day trial. The company pays $20.00 for the offer and if you don't like the product, you can return it before the 30 days - but you keep the $20.00. You had the chance to try the face wash and profited $18.05 for doing so. I am sure you are already beginning to understand how doing 5-6 trial offers per month could easily bring in an extra $100.00. GPT Riches by Shawn Tester Page 13 of 18
Guide to getting Credit 1. ALWAYS enable cookies before logging in to any GPT site. 2. Right before you log in to a site, ALWAYS clear your cookies and temporary internet files! The C Cleaner is great for this! 3. ALWAYS keep your cookie acceptance and/or privacy settings at a bare minimum! All tracking for offers is done using cookies, so if a site is not allowed to set a cookie by your browser, it will result in no credit. Before I login to a GPT site, I go to my tool bar and select Tools- -Internet Options Privacy and slide each bar as low as possible to accept all cookies, click Apply, then OK. Once I am done with the GPT site, I restore the previous settings back to medium until I am ready to return to a GPT site. 4. WAIT on the confirmation page for AT LEAST 3-5 minutes. If you close this window too early, it will not provide enough time for the tracking to work.
