FACT FILE WHO SHOULD ATTEND? Process engineers, Product Managers, Raw Materials managers, R&D managers, QA managers. Such people are likely involved with producers, suppliers, converters and retailers within the industry. COURSE ORGANISER This course is part of My nonwovens learning cycle which is a joint development from EDANA and CETI COURSE TUTOR Anne Gonthier : R&D Engineer, CETI Chemist Engineer, she obtained her PhD in organic chemistry in 2004 in Pasteur University in Strasbourg. After 5 years as a searcher in Strasbourg University and Lund University (SW) she joined the company ASHLAND in France and in Germany. She began as R&D engineer and became project manager. She joined CETI in 2011 where she is now R&D Engineer. She managed several collaborative projects and private projects. Simon Fremeaux :R&D Platform Manager, CETI Graduated as a Textile Engineer 15 years ago, he began his career in Nylon filament melt spinning and then in Hygiene Spunmelt manufacturer. He joined CETI in 2010 and participated in the selection process of nonwovens equipment and was in charge of its implementation. Nowadays he manages as R&D Platform Manager both R&D private and consortium projects from design solutions to prototypes production in Drylaid and Spunlaid nonwovens. LANGUAGE The course language is exclusively in English. METHODOLOGY A course based on the combination of classroom training, information exchange and interaction with the R&D engineer and technicians. Use of different support: video, pictures, samples, pilot line. NUMBERS OF PARTICIPANTS Each course is limited to 8 delegates for optimal interaction between the participants and the CETI staff during the course and the workshop on the platform in operation. LEVEL OF THE COURSE To fully benefit from this course, CETI recommends having a good understanding of nonwovens manufacturing. CETI recommends attending the Nonwovens training course before joining any of the advanced courses.
