Assembly checklist Read through the instructions carefully before you begin. Make sure you have all the required tools. Never use power tools unless instructed. Identify and lay out all of the components before you begin assembly. Unless instructed, do not fully tighten screws until the item is fully assembled. Useful Information! Never use power tools unless specifically instructed. They can damage your components or hardware if used incorrectly.! The most commom mistakes made during assembly are using the wrong hardware or getting components back to front.! Always use a soft surface (such as carpet or cardboard) when assembling your product to avoid scratching or damaging the surface of the product.! Bulky items such as wardrobes and bunk beds should be assembled in the room they will be used in as they may not fit through a door once assembled.! Never use any glue until you are certain that the parts belong together.! Periodically check and re-tighten all fasterners. Check the product care label or website for product care instructions.! Step 1 10 x Wood Dowel M6x25mm () 6 x Cam Nut 15mm() P7 HAMMER P8 P8 - Insert 6 x cam nuts () into panels (P7) & (P8) x 2. - Rotate the cam nuts, so the arrow points towards the incoming cam bolt (). - Insert 10 x dowels () into panels (P7) & (P8) x 2 using a hammer. Step 3 4 x Short Screw M3.5x16mm (H1) 2 x V - Bracket H1 H7 H7 18 x Cam Bolt () 4 x PVC Nail (H11) H11 H11 H7 Philips Head Screwdriver H11 H11 H11 - Attach v - bracket (H7) to side panels () & () with 4 x short screws (H1) using a philips head screwdriver. - Screw 18 x cam bolts () into panels () & () using a philips head screwdriver. - Fix 4 x PVC nails (H11) into panels () & () using a hammer. ** Please measure the screw size first before using it. Step 4 TWO PEOPLE Philips Head Screwdriver Grooved side of The Panel Closest to the floor P3 PVC Edge Face Top P4 P7 - Attach panels (P3) & (P4) & (P6) & (P7) & (P8) to panels P6 () & (). - Turn the cam nut on panels (P3) & (P4) & (P6) & (P7) & (P8) clockwise with a philips head screwdriver to lock in position. ** Please position panels (P3), (P4), (P6) at correct location as per above. Step 5 This side of this panel has raw finish. H12 H12 12 x Nail (H12) Hammer 1 1 - Slide back panel (1) into the groove. - Fix 12 x nails (H12) into panels (1) using a hammer. Step 6 0 12 x Short Screw M3.5x16mm (H1) 6 x Hinges 95A () Philips Head Screwdriver H1 P9 - Attach hinges () to door panels (P9)&(0) with 12 x short screws (H1) using a philips head screwdriver. ** Please measure the screw size first before using it. Step 7 H1 TWO PEOPLE P9 0 12 x Short Screw M3.5x16mm (H1) 2 x Long Screw M4x35mm (H2) H1 2 x Handle Ø50 mm (H6) Philips Head Screwdriver H1 - Assemble door panel L (P9) to side panel L (), door panel R (0) to side panel R () by using 12 x short screws (H1) with a philip screwdriver. ** Please measure the screw size first before using it. P9 0 H6 H2 H2 H6 - Attach handles (H6) to panels (P9) & (0) with 2 x long screws (H2) using a Phillips head screwdriver. ** Please measure the screw size first before using it. Step 8 TO ADJUST YOUR DOORS TO MAKE THE GAPS MORE EVEN (OPTIONAL). Step 8a Adjust the door move in or out a little. Step 8b MOVE DOOR IN Step 8c MOVE DOOR OUT : The door should move in a little. : The door should move out a little. Loosen the screw indicated a little, adjust the hinge to right position (see step 8b & 8c), then tighten the screw. Step 8d To adjust the gap between door and side. Push the hinge back a little. Step 8e MOVE DOOR RIGHT Push the hinge forward a little. Step 8f MOVE DOOR LEFT Left Side Panel Left Side Panel Loosen or tighten the screw indicated a little to adjust the gap between door and leg (see step 8e & 8f). Step 9 4 x Metal Shelf Support (H9) 1 x Hanging Rail 752mm (H10) H10 P5 H9 P5 - Insert 4 x metal shelf support (H9) into panels () & (). - Insert the adjustable shelf panel (P5) into wardrobe. - Place hanging rail (H10) into v - bracket (H7). Step 10 We strongly advise that you use the wall safety straps provided to prevent the unit toppling over. H15 H15 2 x Medium Screw M4x16mm (H13) 2 x Wall Fixing Straps (H15) 4 x Washer (H14) Philips Head Screwdriver H15 H13 H14 Wall H14 - Attach wall fixing strap (H15) to panels () and () with 2 x medium screws (H13) and 4 x washers (H14). - Make sure it is firmly attached and make sure it is snug fit. ** Please measure the screw size first before using it. Ruler is provided on page 4. - Wall Screw and wall plug are not provided.
