3.3 Frequently Asked Questions Ø What if my antivirus software identifies the wallet package as malicious during installation? If your antivirus software incorrectly identifies the wallet package as malicious, please temporarily disable the antivirus software or add the wallet package to the list of trusted applications during installation, or the antivirus software may delete important files by mistake. Ø When it is opened in Windows system, saying there is missing file First, please check that your computer is not running a 32-bit OS, which does not support wallet installation. If your computer is running a 64-bit OS, please uninstall the Metaverse software, then download and install a 64-bit version of Visual C++ (official website) from Microsoft s official website. You may then reinstall the wallet. Ø Wallet application crashes or closes on its own If you have registered a wallet account, please make sure that you have saved the wallet private key (the mnemonic passphrase that contains 24 English words). If you have lost your wallet private key, please contact our support team. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the wallet application first. If this doesn t solve the problem, please try the following options: Windows:%HOMEPATH%\AppData\Roaming\Metaverse Please copy the gray text displayed above in accordance with your own computer system, then paste it into the computer's address bar, as shown below: 9

After pressing Enter, you should see the following: Please delete the "mainnet" file and reopen the wallet. If the wallet opens successfully, it will begin syncing from block 0. Ø Your device crashes during wallet installation This is because the wallet take up a lot of disk space during initialization; having too many programs open on your device could cause high disk usage resulting in your device crashing. Please close all programs except mvsd.exe and reopen the synchronization program. 4.1 Register 4. Account A. Enter the login page and click Register 10

B. Enter your username and password, then click on Create an account C. The wallet will give you a 24-word mnemonic passphrase (private key). Please ensure that you save your mnemonic passphrase (private key) and do not show it to others. This is an important private key to store your account information; when you log in to the wallet on a different device or accidentally lose your password or other information related to your account, the private key can help you retrieve all account information. 11

4.2 Import an existing account Sometimes, due to system instability, reinstallation or change of device, your account information needs to be re-imported into the wallet. A. Enter the login page and click Register C. Please choose "import from file" or "import from private key" according to how you ve saved your account. If you choose "import from file", you need to set a new password and enter the file path, then click "create an account. 12

D. If you choose import from private key, please set a new user name and password and enter your original account s 24-word mnemonic passphrase, set an address and amount, then click on "create an account". 4.3 Account settings and backup A. Click "Account Settings" in the upper right corner of the wallet to enter the Account Settings page; 13

B. Click "Get private key" and enter your account password and the last word of your mnemonic passphrase to view your master private key. C. Click "export account" and enter your account password, the last word of your mnemonic passphrase and the export path of your file; your account can then be exported to your device. D. Check the file (named after your account s username) that has been exported to E disk. 4.4 Frequently Asked Questions Ø Invalid login credentials prompt Possible reasons are: 1, You might have used the account password cached in the explorer; 2, An incorrect username or password was entered; 3, Your session has expired (it may happen when 14

you use a different computer or after reinstallation); Solution: first, clear the data stored in the explorer and manually enter your username and password. If this fails, restart the synchronization program and wallet page and try to sign in again. If you are still unable to log in, please create a new account (preferably with a different username) and import the private key of your original account. Ø Unable to import private key Your current username may be the same as the username of the account you are trying to import data from. Please change your username. Ø Lost a previous account s address after importing the private key Possible reasons are: Insufficient addresses in the new account: click "Create new address" to create a new address, or create a new account and import your private key, then fill in a larger number of addresses (such as 100). Incorrect private key 5. Receiving and Sending 5.1 Synchronization Assets The Metaverse public blockchain generates a new block every 33 seconds, and each of your transactions are recorded in the next block created. A complete view of transaction records and digital currency amounts will not be available until the wallet has completed transaction data synchronization. Then, how can you verify that your wallet has been synchronized with the latest block? First, please open the Metaverse blockchain explorer at https://explorer.mvs.org/ -!/ The area marked in yellow shows the serial number of the latest generated block: 15

Then, please open and sign in to your wallet. The right bottom corner (marked in yellow below) shows you the number of blocks your wallet has synced. Blocks will automatically be synchronized when your wallet is running (Please do not let your computer sleep during this process.). When the number of blocks displayed in your wallet approaches the number shown in the block explorer, you can consider wallet synchronization complete. Incomplete synchronization may result in the following circumstances: l Your wallet balance appears to be empty or lower than your true balance; l Coins transferred from other addresses to your wallet are not reflected in your wallet; If these issues occur, please be patient and wait for synchronization to be completed. The time required for synchronization depends on your internet speed and computer s specs. Normally, synchronization takes 4-5 hours (synchronization will be stopped when computer is in sleep mode). Therefore, we recommend that new users install the data packet version to reduce syncing time. 5.2 Receiving assets a. First, open the wallet and click address at the top of the navigation bar to view your ETP, ZGC and ZDC receiving addresses. These addresses are generated after you have installed the wallet, and any of the addresses in your wallet can be used to receive ETP, ZGC, ZDC and other digital currencies developed on the Metaverse public blockchain. 16

b. Choose and copy an address c. Open an exchange (such as Bitfinex), and look for the "withdraw" function d. Click Withdraw and enter the address copied earlier as the recipient s address. Next, enter the amount to be withdrawn, then click Request Withdrawal. 17

5.3 Sending assets a. Click the "transfer" command shown next to your assets b. Fill in transfer details such as the sending and receiving address, transfer amount, username and password, then click "confirm transfer". You may adjust your transfer fee. The minimum miner reward for each transaction is 0.0001 ETP. Your transaction is likely to be confirmed more quickly if you set a higher miner fee. page ETP transfer 18

transfer page for other tokens 5.4 Multi-signature The multi-signature mechanism allows the implementation of multi-stakeholder asset management, and can also be used to guarantee third-party transactions. We recommend that only advanced users with such requirements use this feature. a. On the ETP transfer page, choose Multi-signature transfer and click Create new multisignature address. b. Choose an address and the wallet will automatically generate the public key for you. Please fill in the co-signer public key in the third column and select 19

the number of co-signers required per transaction. Then click Create. At the same time, co-signers may create multi-signature by following the same steps. c. The wallet will automatically generate a multi-signature transaction address that starts with the number 3. d. Click "Multi-signature transfer" on the transfer page, and select your multi-signature address for transfer. 20

e. After the multi-signature transfer is successfully created, send the contents of the text box to your co-signer, then check the box "I have copied and sent it to the next co-signer". f. The co-signer may choose "Sign transaction" on the ETP transfer page and enter the transaction message they received. Click "Sign" to complete the transaction. 21

Note: If you are the last co-signer of this transaction, please check " This is the last signature, broadcast on the Blockchain", otherwise you do not need to check it. g. If the signature is successful, the transaction will be broadcast. 5.5 ETP Deposits You can use the wallet to lock your ETP, and send the profits from the ETP lock to a specified address. a. To enter the ETP lock page, open the wallet homepage and click "Deposit". b. Please enter the amount of ETP you want to deposrit and select the time period. If you want to send the deposit ETP and interest to a different address automatically, you may check the "Deposit to a specified address". c. After the deposit has succeeded, you will be able to view the locked ETP and the block number in which your interest will be unlocked in your transaction records. 22

The ETP locked this time will be unlocked on block number 668820. Note: If your history fails to show the block number in which your interest will be unlocked, please clear your explorer data for the past month. 5.6 Frequently Asked Questions Ø Does Metaverse Wallet charge fees for withdrawal? Metaverse Wallet does not charge transaction fees, but a miner fee of 0.0001 ETP will be charged for each transaction. This fee is charged to the party making the withdrawal. A transfer between different addresses that belong to the same account will still incur miner fees. Ø How much will Metaverse Wallet charge when users transfer ZGC or other non- ETP assets in the Wallet? Metaverse Wallet charges 0.0001 ETP to reward miners. Ø Unable to send assets A 0.0001ETP miner fee is charged for each transfer made on Metaverse. Please check that your wallet balance is sufficient. Ø Unable to make a transfer A 0.0001ETP miner fee is charged for each transfer made on Metaverse. Please check that your wallet balance is sufficient. Ø The asset balance in my account is displayed as 0 / I didn t receive my coins after withdrawing them to the Metaverse Wallet / Some assets in the wallet are missing after re-syncing. Your assets are not displayed because the synchronization has not yet been completed. Please be patient and wait for the sync to complete. You may view the number of blocks that the wallet has already synchronized at the top of the wallet. 23

6. Create and Issue Assets 6.1 Feature description Through just a few steps, you can create your own digital currency using the Metaverse Wallet. The Metaverse Blockchain allows you to register and issue digital assets, allowing you to digitize your assets and transfer value on a blockchain. All digital currency issued on the Metaverse public blockchain can be viewed in the wallet, at "All Assets. 6.2 Create assets a. Enter the "Assets" page and click "Create asset" (marked in yellow below) to enter the asset creation page. b. Please set the digital currency type, amount to be issued, decimal places and asset details, then click "Create Asset" to create your own digital asset. Note: Your asset will not be successfully created if your symbol name contains special characters, sensitive words, or an asset with the same name already exists. 24

c. Please note that assets are created locally and are not registered on the Metaverse Blockchain. No fees are charged to create an asset. Created assets will be displayed on the My Assets page. This page displays all the assets you own as well as the assets you have created (regardless of whether they have been issued). 6.3 Issue assets Assets issuance refers to the registration of your locally created assets on the Metaverse Blockchain, which consumes a 10 ETP service charge. a. After clicking "Create Assets" in the previous step, a popup will appear asking if you wish to issue the asset. If you choose Issue, it will consume 10 ETP to register your assets on the Metaverse Blockchain. 25

b. If you do not issue the asset immediately after it is created, you can visit the My Assets page to view and issue the assets you created locally. Assets that are not issued are labeled "unissued", and those that have been issued are labeled "unspent". 7. Query Function 7.1 Function description Metaverse Wallet provides a portion of the block explorer s functions. Users can inquire about blocks, transactions or the details of an address through querying the 26

block s serial number, the transaction hash and the address respectively. The query function is marked in yellow below: 7.2 Query block number Each transaction is recorded on a block. You may view the details of the block via querying its block number. For example, if we query block 95336: 7.3 Query transaction hash Each transaction produces a hash. You may view a transaction s details via querying its transaction hash. Take the following hash query as an example 27

7.4 Query address You can view all transaction records generated from an address via querying it. Take query address M9exSp3gPZPEtqGqWAaU6XvsYwmvdkpaCo as an example: 8. Exit and Uninstall 8.1 Exit the wallet When you close the explorer page, the wallet program will continue to run in the background. You are recommended to exit the wallet application when it is not in use. This frees up disk space, and lower the chances of the wallet database being damaged. u Windows Look for the wallet icon in the taskbar, right-click the icon and click "Exit". 28

u MacOS X Look for the wallet icon in the status bar at the top of your screen and click "Quit". 8.2 Uninstall the wallet u Windows Settings >> Applications and features >> Metaverse 0.7.1 >> Uninstall Alternatively, you may use a software manager to uninstall the wallet. u MacOS X Applications >> Metaverse >> Right >> Move to Trash 29
