Fixing Technology s and Bolts PEC Cast-in Channels are ideally suited for quick, reliable and cost-efficient fixing of different construction elements. The possibility of making simple and flexible adjustments saves time and money. PEC Group offers a vast range of hot-rolled and cold-rolled anchor channels for a variety of applications in the construction industry. The importance of professional fixing solutions has been increased enormously over the last years with a growing demand for flexible, time saving, cost-effective and reliable fixing solutions. Cold-rolled Cast-in Channels Hot-rolled Cast-in Channels Hot & Cold-rolled Serrated Cast-in Channels Certified German quality for high-end fixing solutions In our production site Hilti (PEC Suzhou) Ltd. in China we produce high quality products which are certified according to the European Technical Approval (ETA) as well as General Building Approvals (abz) which are granted by the German Institute for Structural Engineering (DIBt). Depending on the environmental conditions PEC Cast-in Channels are available in hot-dip galvanized and stainless steel material. The design of all PEC Cast-in Channels is based on CEN/TS 1992-4 "Design of fastening for use in concrete" or EOTA-TR047 "Calculation Method for the Performance of Anchor Channels". PEC Cast-in Channels are suitable for use in cracked and non-cracked concrete. Load bearing capacities and other relevant factors are taken from the respective approvals to design the PEC Cast-in Channels. This design method is also incorporated in our user-friendly design software. PEC Cast-in Channels provide adjustability and flexibility especially in curtain wall constructions PEC Cast-in Channels are perfect for fixing car and guide rail s in lift / elevators Advantages of using PEC Cast-in Channels Provides adjustability and flexibility Easy assembly without complicated tools which minimizes construction time significantly Pre-planning reduces construction effort considerably Time-saving bolted connections rather than field welding No damage to existing reinforcement Suitable for post-tensioned slabs Suitable for fire, seismic and dynamic loads Suitable for every kind of environment due to hot-dip galvanization and stainless steel material Integrated PEC rip-line foam filler protects channel from concrete intrusion and allows easy and complete removal of the foam from the channel PEC Cast-in Channels are ideal for fixing supply lines or cables in bridges PEC special curved Cast-in Channel Further information can be found on www.pec-europe.com 4
