Unit II: Here we will discuss memos and memo reports: the usefulness of memos and the importance of context in writing memos. We will also look at the structure for memos. We will also look at employment communication: the Organization Role, the goals of interviews, types of interviews, writing a resume, writing job application letters, the interview process. Unit III: comprises of the notice, agenda, and minutes of a meeting: the meeting, the notice of a meeting, agenda, minutes, structure and delivery. We will also look at brochures: the introduction, purpose, audience, and qualities of a well-designed brochure.
