Appeals Committee: A 7-member Committee of Appeals (inclusive of 2-reserves) shall be formed from amongst players/officials/coaches. The decision of the said committee shall be final and binding on all the participants. Interpretation: For further interpretations of the rule(s) and deciding any aspect not covered by the said tournament prospectus, the decision of the Tournament Directors shall be final and binding on all the participants.
