OCSC Tally Sheet Page 1 ~ Orange County Spring Count Tally Sheet ~ Thanks for contributing to the Orange County Spring Count! It will make my job a whole lot easier if you could submit your count results as a Word document using the table below, and if you follow these simple instructions: 1. Do not change the order of species on the sheet! I will be copying and pasting everybody's entries into one master spreadsheet, and that only works if everybody's input is in the same order. 2. For any species you do not observe; leave the name in place, and just leave the count blank 3. Any species not on the list, please enter under Other Species. Do not add them to the main list. 4. Fill in as much information as you can to identify who, when, where, etc 5. Email the completed sheet as a Word document to me at: ocscount@gmail.com If you really must, I can also accept a hard-copy or PDF, but only as a last resort. 6. Any species highlighted in yellow,or not on the list, please provide details of the sighting. A Rare Bird Report Form is attached. Photos are great (if you remember to carry a camera). 7. If you count multiple different areas, please submit a separate list for each. Any question, write to me, or call 714-669-9482 Thanks!
