This approach allow us to avoid any constructional limit, to be fully faithful to the kitchen design. Material We are able to process every single material coming from wood. Every design needs is own material to fit the project. Interior elements The internal finishes can be wathewer we prefer, to be truly integrate to the other materials. Carving Agile manufacturing methods allow Todeschini to carve almost every design on the surfaces. Besides wood and MDF, also Corian can be milled to add rhythm on the surfaces and to incorporate handles and functional details in planes. Milling The handles of drawers are milled from solid panels. The simple design enhances the structural, functional and material honesty design value of Todeschini s manifacturing processes. Corian welding Corian is a ductile, stable and durable composite material, that has a great design versatility. Its surface is uniformly smooth, without visible junctures, and it can be used in the creation of big elements and for kitchens work plans that integrate sinks without visible weldings. 34 35
materials the best tailored choice _03 Wood Todeschini offers a wide selection of solid and veneered wood. We always search about new kind of essence or wooden finishes. We prefer to offer to our customers national essences from controlled and certified sources. Stone Todeschini proposes marble, porphyry, travertine and sandstone tops, starting from the suggestions of the project and trying to combine aesthetics with the lower environmental cost in terms of availability of the material and transport distance. Harder stones such as granite are preferred for their excellent mechanical properties. Lacquer Lacquer finishes are optimized for durability, stability, resistance to scratches and attacks of chemical products. The choice ranges from the visual and sensory qualities of the material, characterized by roughness, degree of refraction of light, and color. Conglomerates Conglomerates are composite materials with excellent aesthetic and functional performances. Most of them are non-porous surfaces highly resistant to stains and scratches, made more than 90% of natural stone and resins; Corian is a durable and uniform material with improved technical performances. 36 37

We prefer to offer to our customers national essences from controlled and certified sources, available on site, whose supplying is not imposed on communities and natural forests with a high conservation value. The wood comes mainly from northern Italy and is seasoned in factories close to the company. Finihings Surface finishings include saw cutting, burning, brushing, open pore finish, just to name a few. Finishings contribute to give a strong personality to the kitchen, which can be minimal and essential or rustic and soft depending on the choice of the wood essence and its treatment. 40 41

elegance on top > Marbles Todeschini offers a wide range of natural stone for kitchen tops. Marble, prized for the aesthetic quality and brightness, limestone rocks that are a result of dynamic metamorphism contact or have assumed a crystalline structure to granular texture. The marbles, ranging from white Carrara marble to red veronese, must be maintained over time with water-repellent treatments. Granites Granites are intrusive rocks with a granular structure, consisting essentially of quartz, mica and other components. Granite is a hard stone with a variety of colors including mainly gray and pink enhanced by black pigmentation, it has excellent mechanical properties and it is very resistant. Quartz is one of the hardest minerals in the world, this makes granite tops very durable, with a high level of resistance to external aggressions. 46 47

shades of colors > Polyester gloss laquering This technique of lacquering is universally recognized as the most refined and brilliant. The use of this type of lacquering process involves a high manufacturing accuracy. The polyester paint is applied directly on the wood in layers varying from six to eight coats of solid color. Subsequently, the steps of sanding and polishing (brushing) involve the use of sandpaper and abrasive pastes of variable grain. Matt laquering The matt lacquer is applied on the same base used for the gloss. On this basis is applied a coat of matt lacquer paint. The application of a double layer of opaque paint is necessary for the proper outcrop of micro-particles that lead to the creation of a layer of uniform and deep opaque paint, silky to the touch and with a good surface resistance. This type of finish mimics the visual characteristics of Corian, and is often used in creating monomaterial kitchens. 50 51

the power of research > Tecnical Marble Technical marble is an advanced composite created from the scraps of marble combined with polyester resin. The result are sheets that are made from natural marble and have excellent mechanical features. Unlike the natural stone, synthetic marble does not have porosity at the superficial level preventing the absorption of stains and humidity. Concrete Resin The concrete resin allows to have smooth surfaces, resistant to humidity and chemical aggression. It can be settled as a thin layer and with a wide choice of decorative effects such as rugosity, reflectance, color. The choice of a resin surface means starting a design path that leads, as a result, the implementation of a solution in your environment unique and unrepeatable, underlying the design and performance requirements required by the customer. 54 55
