Section 4 Basic Maintenance Cubicle Pilasters, Partitions and Doors Cleaning: Remove general stains and marks with a proprietary non-abrasive bathroom or kitchen surface cleaning solution on a damp cloth. Do not use excessive amounts of water or solution. Avoid scrubbing or using anything with sharp edges. Periodic Inspection: Every 3 months check the cubicle hardware. Spares may be ordered by calling Customer Service on 0116 3321175. Every 12 months check all panels and edgings for integrity, particularly if they have for any reason become exposed to water or damp atmosphere. Cubicle Hardware Cleaning: The hardware should be cleaned frequently. Satin anodised hardware use a mild anti-bacterial detergent and damp cloth. Powder coated and polished hardware use a polish and non-abrasive cloth. Do not use corrosive chemicals. Lubrication: Lightly lubricate the indicator bolt mechanism every 6 months to ensure continuity of movement. Light lubrication of the hinges is also required to avoid the door sticking and deterioration of the riser. Periodic Inspection: Periodically inspect all fixings, adjust to secure as and when needed. Ensure correct sized allen keys, screw drivers and drill bits are used. Safety mechanisms must also be inspected frequently in case of vandalism. If vandalism occurs the part should be replaced as soon as possible to avoid any accidents. Fitting of 'T' Nuts: When 'T' Nuts are used they should be fitted securely but not too tight to allow movement of the laminate. As the material expands with moisture, pressure is put on the `T' Nuts causing them to sheer off if they are fitted too tight. TO ORDER SPARE PARTS PLEASE CONTACT US ON 0116 332 1175 Page 13
