PARTS LST ASSMLY NSTRUTON M Step 1 Place Left side panel () face down on a smooth soft surface. (The side with the most holes should be facing up.) Align the holes of racket (8) with the holes of Left side panel () with the tenons facing outward as shown in figure 1. Secure the racket (8) to the Left side panel () with lat washer (), Spring washer (), and Short bolt (3) using Allen wrench (). DO NOT fully tighten bolts in this step for later LTR RPLA NSRT adjustment. ASSMLY NSTRUTON Step 2 Place Left post () on a soft smooth surface. With assistance from another adult, Slide Left side panel () into the groove of Left post () until both ends are flush. Secure the Left side panel () to Left post () with Long bolt (1), Spring washer (), lat washer () using Allen wrench () as shown in figure 2. DO NOT fully tighten the bolts in this step for later adjustment. Repeat this procedure to attach Right side panel () to Right post () as shown in figure 2. ASSMLY NSTRUTON Step 3 With assistance from another adult, insert the tenons of Left post () and Left side panel () into the corresponding holes of ase (). Panels may need to be slightly adjusted to be inserted into the proper holes. Secure Left Side panel to ase () with Short bolt (3), Spring washer (), lat washer () using Allen wrench () as shown in figure 3. DO NOT fully tighten bolts in this step for later adjustment. NOT: The Left side panel should be supported until secured in place to prevent the panels from tipping and causing damage or injury. ASSMLY NSTRUTON Step 4 With assistance from another adult, Place Side trim (L) into the corresponding holes of Left side panel (). Side trim (L) should align with the trim on Left post(). Secure the trim in place with Long bolt (1), Spring washer (), lat washer () using Allen wrench () as shown in figure 4. DO NOT fully tighten bolts in this step for later adjustment. Repeat this process to attach the remaining Side trim (L) to the Right side panel (). ASSMLY NSTRUTON Step 5 nsert the tenons of Support () into the corresponding holes of ase (). Align the holes of Support () and Left post ().Secure Support () to Left post () with Middle bolt (2), Spring washer () and lat washer () using Allen wrench (). DO NOT fully tighten bolts in this step for later adjustment. Repeat this process to attach remaining Support () to Right post () as shown in figure 5. 1 L 2 L igure 4 igure 5
ASSMLY NSTRUTON Step 6 With assistance from another adult, place the ront panel () onto the tenons of Supports (). Secure the ront panel () to Left post () and Right post () with Middle bolt (2), Spring washer () and lat washer () using Allen wrench () as shown in figure 6. DO NOT fully tighten bolts at this time for later adjustment. ASSMLY NSTRUTON Step 7 With assistance from another adult, align the Left side rail () with the holes in Support () and ase (). The parts may need to be moved slightly to align the holes properly. Attach Left side rail () to Support () with Long bolt (1), Spring washer () and lat washer () using Allen wrench () as shown in figure 7. DO NOT fully tighten bolts at this time for later adjustment. Repeat this process to attach the Right side rail to the remaining Support () as shown in figure 7. 3 2 1 igure 6 igure 7 1
ASSMLY NSTRUTON Step 8 With assistance from another adult, Align the holes of Top rail (D) with the holes of ront panel (), Left side rail () and Right side rail (). Secure Top rail (D) to ront panel (), Left side rail () and Right side rail () using Long bolt (1), Spring washer () and lat washer () With Allen wrench () as shown in figure 8. DO NOT fully tighten bolts in this step for later adjustment. ASSMLY NSTRUTON Step 9 With assistance from another adult, align the tenons of Left side panel (), Left post (), ront panel (), Right post () and Right side panel () with the corresponding holes in Top (A) as shown in figure 9. Take care not to pinch your fingers as the top is lowered in place. Secure Top (A) to the Left side panel (), ront panel () and Right side panel () with Short bolt (3), Spring washer () and lat washer () using Allen wrench (). ASSMLY NSTRUTON Step 10 Place the lectric fireplace insert (M) into the assembled Mantel from the back. Slide the lectric fireplace insert (M) into the opening of the assembled Mantel and center so the space around the insert and rails is equal. Secure the lectric fireplace insert to the back of the assembled Mantel with Round head screws (7) using Phillips screwdriver (not provided) as shown in figure 10.
