The Applicant should return a copy of this Preliminary Plan Checklist with any revisions, corrections or resubmissions to the Township. Any changes from the original submission shall be identified with a red circle. One of the required Plan map copies should be submitted with the changes identified in red highlight or circled. C. The Applicant s Engineer should provide a certifying statement that the changes identified as part of B above are the only changes that have been made to the Plan. See Appendix C Certifications.
