Thanks a lot to all who help ed us to make this web-site possible Developed by:: Desai Khushboo & Khunt Mitali Page 4

3. Introduction of the website : This website enables any user to buying & selling from any corner of the world. It is a user friendly website and easy to use. Once registered to the database a user can post ADD. This website is a Web based and structural system design and developed with the criteria to make the process of shopping easy and quick for all. The project was developed to fulfill the requirement of the user who wish to buying or selling online. Developed by:: Desai Khushboo & Khunt Mitali Page 5

4. Proposed System Olx operates as a national online marketplace for used goods includ ing furniture, cars, mobile.it is accessible through native apps on smartphones. Proposed System: To overcome these flaws of the existing system manual system, there is need for a complete web based online system can be developed which can help in proper management, tracking and reporting the solution. The system is designed to support the following feature. Number of user can access the system simultaneously. The system provides an interactive screen to the most normal user. Increase numbers of reminder were stored in the database in a uniformed manner. Allows admin to mange the user and add the user rights. Developed by:: Desai Khushboo & Khunt Mitali Page 6

5. Resource requirement specification Hardware & Software Configuration Hardware Requirement :- Intel Core 2 Duo,2.93 GHz 2.00 GB RAM 1 Mbps. LAN 1 G.B. Hard disk Software Requirement :- Operating System : Microsoft Windows XP or Higher Front-End : ASP.NET Web browser : Mozilla Firefox (Recommended), Google Chrome, Internet explorer. Back-End : SQL Server Design Tool : Visual Studio. Developed by:: Desai Khushboo & Khunt Mitali Page 7

6. Technology Study WEBSITE TECHNOLOGY WHICH IS USED TO DEVELOP THIS ASP.NET Java Script SQL Server Jquery Bootstrap Visual Studio Css We used HTML & ASP.NET(using C#) as a front End application, SQL Server (DataBase) as a Back End application. Developed by:: Desai Khushboo & Khunt Mitali Page 8

7. Project Planning Technical Feasibility: Technical feasibility of a project determines whether a project can be developed using the technology o n hand. The system is technically feasible as the front -end and the back-end required for it is available and already installed. System is developed by using ASP.NET as a front end and SQL Database Server as a back end. For connecting remote site with us er s network we have to implement the site in IIS. In this way system will allow application to communicate with users. Economic Feasibility: The tools that will be used for the system are latest one and thus the cost involved in tools, designing and dev eloping the system will be a good investment for the organization. The benefits of using the system are not in monetary terms, but it increased interaction between Users & administrators. The modules designed can be easily navigated. The hardware available with the company is already the best available and hence no new purchase is required. Developed by:: Desai Khushboo & Khunt Mitali Page 9

Operational Feasibility: Operational feasibility covers two aspects. One is technical performance and other is acceptance by users. The system is operationally fea sible as it is very interactive and user friendly. It fulfills all the users requirements. REQUIRMENT GATHERING AND ANALYSIS : Information is gathered through the help Internet viewing different tutoring site and the features and facility they have. The requirement for the project is gathered with the help of my project guide. Who himself is the client and the programmer. He also explained some risk and errors that might be occurred during the project development. He helped to describe the module for the project and also to define function of each module. He also helped me to define database structure. The various logical phases of the systems development are: Review of Underlying Systems and Procedure Because software is a part of a larger system or busi ness, work begins by establishing requirements for all system elements and then allocating some subset of these requirements to software. Software Design Software Design is actually a multi -step process that focuses on four distinct attributes of program; data structure, software Developed by:: Desai Khushboo & Khunt Mitali Page 10

architecture, interface representations, and procedural details. The design process translates requirements into a representation of the software that can be assessed for quality before code generation begins based upon the functi onal specifications taking up design, developing, and concluding with the acceptance testing. Software Development The design must be translated into a machine -readable form. The code generation step performs this task. If design is performed in a detailed manner, code generation can be accomplished mechanistically. Testing and Implementation It includes testing and debugging software to find each error like to occur and fix it and then implementing the software across multiple devices. Training and Maintenance It covers relevant training of project and providing post Implementation Support. Developed by:: Desai Khushboo & Khunt Mitali Page 11

Parallel Operation: At a time more than one user can access the application and store data into database. Higher Order Language Requirement : We are using ASP.NET as a front end and SQL database Server as back end. Safety and Security Consideration : Without log into Login Form user can not access other facilities of the application. For safety of user authentication we use session. When a user logoff his session is destroyed so other user can not access his/her data from the same PC. Developed by:: Desai Khushboo & Khunt Mitali Page 12

10. Project Risk SOFTWARE RISKS: There are many types of risks. We have analyzed our project to reduce risk at its minimum level before start coding. Project Risks: We have had project schedule, enough resources. Req uirements were also clear. So project schedule and planning was on time. Technical Risks: We have concentrated on User Friendly and easy to use feature of our Website. There was challenging task of security. We had that predictable risk, so we could so lve it in time. Developed by:: Desai Khushboo & Khunt Mitali Page 32

11. Project Testing : TESTING: This section discusses the testing strategy, methodology and types of tests that the product must pass in order to pass quality assurance and customer acceptance. A detailed test plan will be created as part of the implementation phase. Test Strategy: The testing strategy used will focus on reliability and performance of the product. This includes the reporting client hardware, software, management software, and overall system integration. The foundation for the success of this product is the Good Bandwidth. No matter how reliable the software if the bandwidth is not good the website will not work. The next key to success is the performance of the website both the reporting user and remote server. Most operations must performance at a sub second performance level. This does not mean that the operation is completed in a sub second although every effort should be done to actually hit the task assign metric rather that the user sees the system respond i n some function within a second. Developed by:: Desai Khushboo & Khunt Mitali Page 33

12. Future Expansion: This system is initially developed for only Institute. But without making any changes in this system it can be expanded for all big Companies. This system is capable of adopting any new feature. This system can be upgraded with new features by making very less changes. The new features that can be added to this system without making vast changes are: Providing news alerts and useful tips to the User regarding New Technology & computer Updates. Computer related any new research can be informed to the User. We are also think about to take a bill no or other user side surety to complete that job.
