Safety and care advice Important - Please read these instructions fully before starting assembly heck you have all the components and tools listed on pages 2 and 3. Remove all fittings from the plastic bags and separate them into their groups. Keep children and animals away from the work area, small parts could choke if swallowed. Make sure you have enough space to layout the parts before starting. o not stand or put weight on the panels, this could cause damage. Assemble the unit as close to its final position (in the same room) as possible. Assemble on a soft level surface to avoid damaging the unit or your floor. Note: Only apply the glue once you are sure of the assembly. The wall plugs supplied are suitable for solid walls only. It is important that the correct type of fixing is used for your wall, seek professional advice if in doubt. Parts of the assembly will be easier with 2 people. If using power tools, please follow the safety instructions supplied with the tools. We do not recommend the use of power drill/ drivers for inserting screws, as this could damage the unit. Only use hand screwdrivers. Warning: efore drilling, check the wall for hidden pipes and cables. ispose of all packaging carefully and responsibly. Warning: The unit weighs approximately 5 kgs. Please lift with care. Glue safety - Take care when using glue, please follow the advice below Skin contact: Remove contamination by washing with soap and water. This procedure should also be followed prior to eating and drinking. ye contact: Rinse immediately with clean water for 5 minutes and seek medical advice. If swallowed: Seek medical advice immediately. If possible show product information or label to the medical advisor. are and maintenance Only clean using a damp cloth and mild detergent, do no use bleach or abrasive cleaners. From time to time check that there are no loose screws on this unit. This product should not be discarded with household waste. Take to your local authority waste disposal centre. Step Assembling the Side Panels NOT: It would be useful to ask someone to help you at this stage. a: a: Insert owels into Side Panels. b: b: Use Screws to fix the Supports 3 on the Side Panel. 3 3 4
Step c: c: Use Screws to fix the other Side Panel onto the unit. d: d: Use Screws to fix the Front Panel 4 onto the unit. 4 5
Step 2 Fitting the Table Top a: A A A NOT: It would be useful to ask someone to help you at this stage. A A 2 a: Screw Locking Pins A into Table Top 2. 2 b: b: arefully place the Table Top 2 onto the unit. Insert Locking Nuts into the Side Panels. Tighten the Locking Nuts to secure the Table Top 2 to the unit. 6
Step 3 Assembling the rawers a: NOT: It would be useful to ask someone to help you at this stage. 7 6 a: Use Screws F to fix the rawer Sides 7 onto rawer ack 6. 7 b: b: arefully slide the rawer ottom 8 into the unit. 8 c: c: Use Screws to fix the rawer Front 5 onto the drawer. 5 7
Step 3 d: F d: Use Screw F to fix the Handle G onto the drawer. G e: arefully slide the drawer into the unit. e: Repeat Step 3 to assemble the second drawer. 8
Step 4 Finishing the Unit NOT: It would be useful to ask someone to help you at this stage. a: With help, place the unit in the intended position. a: NOT: efore use make sure the unit is secure.
