A new standard in web inspection and quality control for paper surfaces ISRA VISION introduces PAPER MASTER, a new Web Inspection and Web Break Monitoring System, which has been developed in order to support paper manufacturers in their daily quest to reach maximized production efficiency for a 100 percent saleable production. Another new feature of WIS is the defect classification which differentiates process-relevant defects from irrelevant ones and enables to act on the precise results. To be able to act beforehand, the PAPER MASTER-WBM IntelliCam provides a high-performance web break analysis based on a new generation of cameras. The IntelliCam monitors web breaks and other critical events along the production line and automatically alarms for disturbance. The goal is to achieve process efficiency in a short period of time based on specified data.
