TECHNICAL RIDER We kindly ask the Organisers to make sure that a technically trained person reads through this technical rider and confirms that you have what is needed to carry out the production with the best possible result. The technical specifications of this rider are not absolute, and should rather be considered as a list of preferences. The rider suggests the technical level it takes to give the audience the best possible concert experience. If it turns out to be too difficult to maintain this level, please contact us and we will find the best possible solution together. Please do not make any decisions that conflict with the given technical standard without the approval of the Artist. At worst, this could lead to delays in the production or cancellation of the performance. Cancellation due to this should not lead to financial losses for the Artist, and will not change the obligation that the Organiser/Promoter has to pay the Artist with the fee agreed upon in the contract. All equipment must be of high professional quality and in good condition. It should be present, rigged, connected, secured and checked before the Artist or their crew arrives. This includes stage, PA, FOH, lighting, drum carpet, backline, backline power, monitors, microphones, DI boxes, stands and complete cabling. Use of technical equipment must never endanger the Artist, the Artist's crew, local crew or the audience. The organisers must provide a sound engineer and a lighting technician who can prepare, carry out and terminate the concert. These must be present and available during the period of the Artist's get in to the finished load out. Exceptionally, if the band brings their own sound engineer, the organisers must provide a sound engineer who can assist the artist's sound engineer by doing scenery, lines, dynamics / FOH and overall system engineering. It is important that this person knows the equipment that is delivered and is able to solve any problems and make needed adjustments. PA A 3 or 4 way system which is capable of giving the entire audience loud, fine and undistorted sound throughout the frequency register from low sub to high treble. The PA should be able to manage 110dba at FOH to give plenty of headroom, and a better sound. Please make sure that there is good coverage it is important that the ENTIRE audience can hear the concert. Ref: D & B, L acoustics, Meyer, Nexo, EAW, Turbosound JBL, or similar. NOTE: Behringer, Peavey, Carvin, Mackie or other low quality solutions are not acceptable!
