Richard Udine Executive Director Financial Advisor For over 30 years Rick has been focused on meeting the unique financial needs of high net-worth clients. He provides sound, unbiased advice that delivers consistent returns with minimal risks. Rick is recognized as a dynamic leader and has earned the trust and respect of his clients and peers and has been selected as a member of Morgan Stanley Smith Barney s prestigious Chairman's Club. Rick predicates his interactions with clients on careful, responsive planning and is known for his commitment to building long-term client relationship based on trust and service. Drawing on experience and Morgan Stanley Smith Barney s global resources, Rick develops personalized, strategic solutions to address the complex needs of individuals with substantial wealth. Rick offers clients a comprehensive range of services including portfolio management; retirement planning; life insurance analysis and funding; and a full complement of wealth preservation and transfer services. Rick was recently promoted to Executive Director and also named to Barron's Top 1000 Financial Advisors of 2012. Ryan Udine Financial Planning Specialist Financial Advisor As a graduate of Penn State, Ryan manages the team's marketing and new business development efforts. He plans prospective client meetings and marketing events. He and Joe primarily work with prospective clients to familiarize them with our group and see if there may be a fit to begin a relationship. Ryan also assists Rick with investment management by researching various products in the equity and fixed income markets, and will assume a larger role in portfolio managment as he is currently studying to become a Certified Portfolio Manager. He also prepares comprehensive financial plans for clients that include cash flow/income analysis for retirement. He will be studying to earn his CFP designation over the next couple of years and aspires to follow in his Dad's footsteps as a respected wealth advisor. THE UDINE GROUP 5

Joseph Udine Financial Planning Associate Financial Advisor Joe currently specializes in marketing and new business for our team. He works primarily with prospective clients to familiarize them with our group and assist in developing an appropriate investment strategy. He is working towards earning his CFP designation and is an aspiring Portfolio Manager. Joe is a graduate of The University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Economics. Jennifer Myers Registered Marketing Associate Jennifer began working with Rick in 2000. Rick chose her because of her desire to learn, her strong work ethic, and her commitment to excellence. She graduated from Rowan University, with a Bachelor of Science specializing in Finance. She first worked as a Client Service Associate and has since went on to complete the Financial Advisor training program in 2008. For the past 10 years, Jennifer has refined her understanding of a broad selection of topics in the financial services industry and she is familiar with asset management, information services, managed money, order execution and account opening and transfers. As a Financial Planning Specialist she oversees team operations and believes in providing each client with the highest level of personalized attention and solution-oriented service. Candi Weinrick Registered Service Associate Candi has been working in the financial services industry since 2003 and has been working with The Udine Group since 2007. Candi is responsible for overseeing operations and client service. Her attention to detail and commitment to personal service makes her indispensable to the practice. Candi s skills in communications and building customer rapport make her an outstanding first contact point for clients.
