Section 1 Pull-Out Shelf and Workshelf Removal Remove (2) screws and hex nuts from each side of pull-out shelf. Next remove shelf from suspensions. Now remove (2) screws and suspension from each mounting plate assembly. Next remove (1) screw at the front of each mounting plate assembly and remove from cabinet. Refer to Fig. A. Remove (2) screws from each side of workshelf. Next remove workshelf from suspension. Now remove (2) screws, (2) rear stops and suspension from each mounting plate assembly. Section 1 Sliding Door Removal 1. With hands on each side of right hand door, exert pressure downward and snap top glide from upper track Left hand door removes in the same manner. Refer to Fig. A. Now tilt the back panel forward and allow tabs to become free from slots in bottom panel. Next remove back panel from cabinet. Refer to Fig. A 2. 3. Remove (2) screws from each side panel bottom flange. Now tilt bottom panel up and remove from cabinet. Refer to Fig. B Remove (2) screws from each front upright. Now swing front of each side panel inward and pull out of cabinet. Refer to Fig. C. Insert side panel tabs into rear slots that line up when front (2) screw holes in side panel line up with proper attaching holes in cabinet upright. Secure with (2) screws. Refer to Fig. A. Typical all cabinet openings. 2. 3. Insert bottom shelf by sliding shelf in and resting on bottom flange of side panels, secure with (2) screws, each side. If back screws cannot be reached, shelf can be secured with clips. Refer to Fig. B. Position and secure (1) door stop with (1) screw to each cabinet upright. Refer to Fig. C. Installing Center Hook Bar for Hanging Bound Printouts and Magnetic Tape Reels 1. Lift center hook over top edge of side panels and secure with (2) screws each side. Section 3 11 Installing Wire Rack with Adjustable Wire Dividers for Tape Reels into the bottom opening 1. When installing a wire rack into a cabinet bottom opening, it will require removing enough existing units to create a minimum height clearance of 27. Refer to Fig. A. 3. Extend suspensions outward, and position 6 shelf onto them. Be sure shelf tab is inserted into each suspension slot, and both shelf blisters have snapped into the square holes on each suspension.
