Performance criteria In order to conform to the emission standards the equipment shall meet the limits of indicated standard. Performance criteria In order to conform to the emission standards the equipment shall meet the limits of conducted and radiated emission. In order to conform to the immunity standards the equipment shall meet the performance criteria as given below 3 : Performance Criterion A The EUT shall continue to operate as intended during and after the test. No degradation of performance or loss of function is allowed, as defined in the relevant equipment standard and in the technical specification published by the manufacturer. Performance Criterion B The EUT shall continue to operate as intended after the test. No degradation or loss of function is allowed, se defined in the relevant equipment standard an in the technical specification published by the manufacturer. During the test, degradation or loss of function or performance which is selfrecoverable is however, allowed, but no change of actual operating state or stored data is allowed. Performance Criterion C Temporary degradation or loss of function or performance is allowed during the test, provided the function is self recoverable, or can be restored at the end of the test by operation of the controls, as defined in the relevant equipment standard and in the technical specification published by the manufacturer. 3 See 6 EN 55011 Test Report nr 25235 Pag. 7/31

EUT modes of operations were tested in order to achieve the maximum level of emission. Marks Antenna height was varied, by a fiber optic controlled Mast-Antenna (MA shows the height of the antenna), over the range of 1 m to 4 m in order to maximize emissions received by the antenna. The test site is fully compliant with CISPR 16 for 3 m radiated emissions. The EUT orientation was varied with a fiber optic controlled Turn-Table (TT shows the degree of rotation relative to the frontal view 0 ) in order to maximize EUT emissions. In accordance with reference standard relaxation factor of 20 db/dec. was used. EUT modes of operations were tested in order to achieve the maximum level of emission. Results Equipment complied with the test specification limits.
