If we receive your order and payment before 12pm it will be sent within one day. Note: we do NOT offer credit accounts. Please notify us within seven days of delivery of missing or damaged goods in writing or via E mail (telephone calls are not valid) otherwise we must repudiate any claim. Please if possible include photographs of damaged items or packaging, this helps if it is a courier issue. Items will be either replaced or your account credited with the respective amount (excludes sale items) Credits are valid for twelve months from the date of issue. If goods returned that are claimed to be damaged / faulty but we find are not, they will be returned to you at your cost.
