I m not fussy who I travel with anyone, anytime, anywhere. So where are you going? I hear Tahiti is nice this time of year Its been 5+ years I have been with QH, and I started out as door to door sales person for a telco it was awful but I learn a lot! The best thing about this industry is that there is always something new to learn about and its always interesting and exciting. My top holiday experiences so far would be zip lining in Chiang Mai, surfing at Waikiki Beach in Honolulu & bobsledding at Badaling at the Great Wall of China. This year I am looking forward to huge catch up in Bali with my wonderful friends, they live all over Australia so this doesn t happen often! My favourite way to travel is comfortably. Comfy clothes for the plane, good shoes for walking, eye mask for sleeping...you name it I'm probably carrying it all...or making my poor boyfriend carry it all! When it comes to holidays I've been quite spoilt really, I have loved every destination I have ever travelled to. My dream list is South America, Greece, Canada...it's too hard to pick just one! I had a group once who had a bit of bad luck with last minute changes prior to travelling, a group member getting arrested whilst overseas, another one requiring emergency surgery which meant they were unable to fly home. Working through every obstacle with my agent to the point where everything was resolved and we could breathe easier. The group were happy and appreciative of all our hard work so that's my most memorable WOW moment with a customer.

My Travel tips: In America Blend in and don't be loud. In fact, that's a tip for anywhere in the world. Don t look expensive in poor places This year I am looking forward to my river cruise through Europe, New Years Eve in Paris and to stretching out on Singapore Airlines I'm about to sail 15 days through Europe from AMS to BUD, that has always been a want! alternatively I have not done would be sailing a barge through the waterways of France
Our industry is great for sharing travel experiences ad learning about all the different cultures and countries in the world My best moment with a customer this email I received: - Melissa in Groups has been exceptional in helping me with my first group booking of 13 people to Fiji! She has been prompt & professional throughout the whole booking process & has been able to answer every single one of my questions. As I have just started back in travel after a couple of years break with a baby. The thought of a group booking was totally scary but Melissa made this stress free for me. Melissa has been a pleasure to deal with & deserves a pat on the back!! I look forward to dealing with her in the future. I want to travel with Lady Gaga, she would take me on her private jet planes, we would stay in the BEST Penthouses/Suites there is! Lady Gaga will take me shopping, so we can shop till we drop! Getting to travel with Lady Gaga, would be an amazing experience and I will get to know what it feels like to be living the high life
My most memorable WOW Customer moment was a letter from a client whom had recently lost her husband and w as elderly, the hand written letter w as full of appreciation for the trip I had planned after she returned, highlighting my assistance and helpfulness and bringing to light how it helped her through a hard time. It w as sweet and humorous and also very touching.
I started out as a Business Secretary at the Ritz Carlton and have been with QH for 3 years When travelling I would prefer a teleporting machine that gets you to the destination in 5 seconds. It's quick and seamless. Mankind has not invented it yet!
All my trips are the best holidays! Visiting family in Chile is always the best. Celebrating a friends 21st in Las Vegas was amazing I try and wow customers every day so there are too many wow moments to name! Recently i heard great feedback from a WA agent that my service was fast and professional and more than what they expected! The best thing about our industry is being provided famils so that we can experience all the destinations we sell and provide first hand knowledge to our consumers
