THERE IS BEAUTY IN SIMPLICITY The main protagonist is the wood. In the 1960s, Modesto Piccardi began a sawmill business in Cuneo and then later changed to solid wood flooring with some partners. In the 1970s, the company quickly became synonymous with high quality and played an important role in the domestic market. Since the 1980s, Piccardi Living thanks to numerous investments in quality research, offers exclusive tailored products, directly selecting raw materials from all over the world.

In the years 1991-92 Piccardi Living supplied the wooden floors in one of the most important Italian theatres: Genova Opera House- Carlo Felice and later the Auditorium of the Regio Theatre in Turin. In 2000 with the help of skilled craftsmen, Piccardi Living started to produce parquet flooring with special finishes, using reclaimed wood or large boards of up to 50cm in width. In 2010 a new showroom was opened in Cuneo where you can see the full collection of wood materials and walls in leather Boiserie.

LEATHER Since some years, leather has reached the boundaries of interior design becoming the protagonist of fascinating and luxurious furnishing solutions. Each piece includes a tailor-made seam for a variety of locations and style requirements and all beautiful to see. Our avant-garde laboratory combines originality, functionality with unique craftsmanship. Our goal is to dress and personalize all environments with quality, using natural and stylish materials that are unique. Each stage of the work is done by hand making an individual and eternal product, a small piece of art ready to pass through the centuries. This type of product is made entirely by hand and is made exclusively to order, manufactured in different colors, formats and textures it is available also with hand stitching. The leather comes from Tuscan tanneries and all our leather is vegetable tanned. Leather is one of best natural materials and does not disturb the environmental equilibrium in any way. The leather we choose comes from best quality Italian hides.
