LSM&DSD Brushless Servo Drive Package Descriptions LSM&DSD brushless servo drive package consists of one of LSM60 brushless servo motors and DSD806 brushless servo drive, offering high performance with an output range of 100W, 200W and 400W. It is ideal for the X, Y, and Z-axis servo applications in processing, handling and packaging industries. Since the LSM60 servo motors have no brushes or commutators, maintenance rate on the motors are reduced dramatically. The motor s standard model includes a standard 2500-line encoders with differential encoder signals (A, B, Index), and Hall Sensors with standard Hall signals (U, V, W). Having a function of PUL/DIR signals on DSD806, the users can upgrade the stepper drives to the DSD806 without changing the control systems. A built-in controller can be used for testing and tuning. PC based and handheld configuration & tuning tools can meet different tuning environments or requirements. Driven by the DSD806 servo drive, the whole LSM&DSD servo system can meet many high speed application requirements and have very low torque ripple, at 0.3% of rated torque.
