Note: This is a bottom hung product. Provide adequate structure at threshold. Continuous threshold support is required. Right Jamb Head Deflection (+0.12 / -0.00 ) Lay bed of sealant at threshold and under both jambs ½ to exterior of inside frame point. Center and set frame in opening with temporary shims. Head Shim and level threshold as needed Threshold must be level continuous shim required. Anchor threshold with #10 x 2-1/2 pph anchors. Left Jamb Anchor head with #10 x 2-1/2 pph anchors. Pump Sealant into holes prior to inserting screws to ensure penetration is sealed completely. Mounting At Jambs: Threshold Sill Plumb and square jambs using shims as necessary. Pump sealant into jamb mounting holes to ensure penetration is sealed completely. Butter all joints with appropriate sealant 01/28/2015 pg1
Anchor jambs with #10 x 2-1/2 pfh anchors Apply a full bead of quality sealant where jamb and threshold meet from exterior to interior. Secure with appropriate anchor screws. Note: Rough openings should be flashed with an appropriate moisture barrier in accordance with industry standards and/or building codes. Perimeter caulk door frame to moisture barrier after. Use sealant that is recommended by moisture barrier manufacturer. To begin: Check rough opening to verify that it is plumb, level and approximately ½ wider and ½ taller than the net frame size. Check flashing. Assemble frame and butter all joints with appropriate sealant to ensure the seal is complete. Check main frame as necessary to fit required opening. 01/28/2015 pg2

Separate door panels into appropriate pairs. Insert and hold open door panels at 90 degrees in main frame. Panel C Support panel weight with flat wedge or similar tool. Fit all pivots, floor guides, carriers, and butt hinges to panel stiles. Check hardware orientation and positioning. Panel D Panels are labeled alphabetically from left to right. Final Adjustment At Carriers Open door panels and adjust pivots and carrier hardware as necessary. Test operate all door panels. For uneven gaps, adjust door panels as necessary. Fine tune and adjust until doors operate smoothly, and gaps are even and acceptable. Apply magnetic door holds to appropriate panels as required.
