Introduction - Why to do a WSO and tasks to perform before you select a product. Why do a WSO? Massive Exposure - There are over 1,000,000 members on the Warrior Forum and at least 8,000 active members on the site daily. Once you post your WSO to the Warrior forum, you will receive lots of exposure. You also have an automatic affiliate base to tap into. Making Money - You can upsell your customers on other products at the front end and back end of your main product. You can also use the forum to build a buyers list. Instant Testimonials- If people like your product, they will leave nice comments on your sales copy. Builds Your Reputation - You will become known as an expert on your product topic. Some Disadvantages - Threads on the warrior forum do have some design limitations. You are only able to add a certain amount of images and only Youtube videos as media. Squeeze pages and exit pages cannot be applied to your thread. Also, you can receive negative comments. Having the Right Mindset Accept that this will be a lot of work. Focus on the end result. Be decisive and stay focused. Consider blocking social media sites, email, and Skype until your project is done. Take immediate action. Don t sweat the small stuff. Don t worry about setting up membership sites and secure downloads yet. At the start, you are only setting up a download page for a $10 digital product. Set time limits and get it done! Set a launch date and weekly goals up until your release date. Plan what you are going to do each day. Consider hiring someone to do the recruiting and socializing for your product while you focus on creating it. Planning Your WSO Create a Project Folder - This folder will contains all of your notes, sales copy swipes, JV swipe pages, and email promos. Notes - Take notes on product ideas, bonus ideas, and upsell ideas.

Autoresponder - Get one so you can collect buyer leads. You can use aweber.com or getresponse.com. Hosting - Use hosting account companies like hostgator.com or bluehost.com to set up your download page and customer registration page. Warrior Forum Account - Posting your WSO will cost you $20. Warrior Plus Account - Also needed to sell your product. It is currently free to sign up and use the platform. For comparison, JV Zoo charges 5% of all your sales. Wordpress Themes you can use for upsell sales pages and download pages: OptimizePress.com - $97 ProfitsTheme.com - $97 Instabuilder.com - $97 Click Funnels - $97 per month WP-LandingPages.com - $27 WP Optins - Free Product Creation - The process of choosing a product to develop and sell. A list of product types that are proven sellers in the warrior forum: Products that help your customers save time or money. You can provide a list of valuable resources that would take people a long time to find on their own. For example, you can sell a list of wordpress plugins, blogs, or backlinks. Or you can become the source of a cheaper alternative to higher-priced products. For example, OptimizePress is $97, but WP-LandingPages.com is $27. Wordpress themes. You can set up a review theme for amazon products and affiliate marketers, offer a developer s licence so people can create themes for offline clients, and you can create a product that helps people create sales pages or squeeze pages. Wordpress plugins. These types of products are very popular in the forum. You can get free plugins at wordpress.org, but they are open source, and you cannot resell them as-is. However, you can outsource the work to a developer that can create something similar, but with different features and a different interface. Find something popular and make it better. You can even partner with the developer of the free app and convince him to sell it on the forum for money. The only disadvantages of Wordpress plugins are support, bugs, and changes. You may have to update your plugin from time to time wherever your plugin is integrated (Facebook, Amazon, etc). You can also create facebook apps, however, be sure to check the Terms of Service for facebook often to keep abreast of any changes that may affect your app.

Private Label Rights - You can sell ebooks, videos, audio, mini-sites, affiliate tools, software, themes, and plugins. Combine different offers in order to create a more valuable product. Package multiple items to create a bigger multimedia package that has even more value. You can also sell resell rights to your package and include affiliate tools like banners, promo emails, and social media ads. A product that solves a problem to a current event, such as when facebook updates its terms of service, layout, or system. If you quickly create and sell a product that solves a problem created by a software change, you can make a lot of money very quickly. Consider hiring a programmer to create this product. Sell your success story. If you have documented your entire system, you can sell your story on the warrior forum. How I made $4000 in 4 days, How I built a 10000 person list with these specific people, How I Got More Traffic/Leads/Money. Be specific with your results and explain them step by step. Consider your Unique Selling Position. Is it something new? Is it easier to use? Does it have more features? Does it offer more value? Do not come up with another copycat product. Put a new twist on something that is already working well. Overdeliver whenever and wherever possible. You can do this buy adding an unadvertised bonus on the download page. If you decide to add a bonus, make sure you follow up with giving the bonus after the customer buys. Following through on your promises helps reduce refunds, builds your reputation as an honest and great marketer, and builds your future sales with previous customers because they know what to expect from you. Researching Potential Products Once you decide your product type, you can start your research. Only model successful products. If it is not reselling, then it is probably not successful. You can find such products on Warrior Plus. Get an account so you can look at the Warrior Plus alerts. You can see the most popular sellers and determine which of their products are selling the best. You can see the most popular keywords on the board (PLR, Wordpress, Offline, Software, Facebook, etc) and make a product that combines two or more of these products. You can look at stats for different WSOs (most comments, most posts). You can look at affiliate offers and sort them by sales, highest conversion, and Earnings Per Click. You can look at affiliate stats and see who is selling you junk traffic, which lowers your conversion rates. For example, if someone is sending you 5,000 links, but you only make one sale out of it, you should unapprove that affiliate so that your

conversion rates don t continue lowering. Keep track of your best affiliates and your worst affiliates for your next WSO. While logged into the warrior forum, you can do an advanced search while researching products. Look for the threads with the most views and replies. That means it s a hot topic with a lot of activity. Look at the thread start date to make sure you are not looking at outdated information or technology. However, something popular a few months ago can be sold again with a new twist. Considering Upsells Anything that adds value to the product. For example, you can add an on-page upsell such as a developer license or resale license that the customer has to pay more for. Outsourcing Work You can outsource some of your work. For graphic design, you can visit wowminisites.com or myminisitegraphic.com for help with creating your websites. When asking for the type of design you want, find something you already like and take a video or an extended screenshot of the site. Then explain to the designer in detail which parts of the example site you would like to change and customize. You can use different colors, sizes, font, etc. Find exactly what you want and show it to them. Create a product description with screenshots in order to show your designers what you want them to do. Sites you can use to find outsource workers: vworker.com, fiverr.com, elance.com. The more you show your outsource worker exactly what you want, the better your product will be, and the faster you will get it. The Sales Funnel - How to lead your potential customers to eventually buying your product. Your WSO Thread Format Your sales copy that you write for your thread should include as many of the essential elements as possible: Capture attention with a big headline and sub-headline, state the biggest benefit, and why they should stay and read your offer. Add scarcity in this portion of the letter (The price will go up soon, only 30 copies left, etc).

Tell your story by stating the problem, relating to the audience, and giving the solution. Explain how you struggled for months or years until you found a certain solution and made money. Show proof of your success. You can use a video, screenshot your recent clickbank account, 3rd party statistics, and showcase your best testimonials. Provide a product demo, such as a tutorial and screenshots showing how your product can be used. Introduce the product by using bullet points and paragraphs to explain what they get, making them excited about your offer. When you reveal the price, tell them why it is such a good deal. Compare it to alternatives, explain whether it saves them time or money, and how it makes their life easier. Offer bonuses in two ways: you can stack bonuses after the launch, or offer fast-action bonuses that will be removed after a certain period of time has passed. State your guarantee by making your offer as risk free as possible. For example, give them 60 days to try it, or they can return it for 100% of their money back. Guarantee that they will get support for their product. Be sure to ask for the order. Then, close the deal by recapping the offer again, showing more testimonials, overcoming any objections, and explain the details if you are selling resell rights. Add an FAQ below your thread that answers all common questions. The title of your thread should have popular keywords that relate to your product. Place your biggest benefit in the title to get people to click your thread. As your launch progresses, keep track of how many products are sold, and add that to your title ( 100 sold in four hours, WSO of the day, 96 copies left,). Collecting and modelling examples of successful copy will give you tips on using power words, convincing headlines, bullet points, how to best communicate scarcity, guarantees, and bonuses. Examples of power words that you can use to make a headline/subheadline: Discover, How, Secrets, Amazing, Breakthrough, Instantly, Quickly, Easily, Ultimate, Remarkable, Exciting, Revealing, Shocking, Surprising, Unparalleled, Increase, Yes, Only.

Example title using power words: Amazing Breakthrough Software Instantly Turns Your Blog Into a Money Making Machine You can only have up to 11 images in your thread. You can host your images by uploading them to Amazon or imageshack. It is recommended to add a Youtube video showing a demo of your product. Add testimonials from JV Partners. Give them review copies and ask them to make comments on the first page before your thread goes live. Doing this will help guard your thread from dumb questions or negative remarks accumulating on the first two pages of your thread. Give them examples of things to say. Create a test thread to make sure everything is working properly. Don t offer review copies in your thread. This will make all your testimonials unbelievable. Only give them to JV partners. Make sure to get something from your partners in return, like positive comments. Warrior Plus - Purchase a listing for $19. Add your product and make sure it is a closed listing. Add your buy button to your test thread before you go live. List Management - Set up a customer registration page so that your customers must be on your list before they download your product. You can also set up automation rules which remove users from certain lists once they have already purchased the product. Upsell Pages - These pages should complement the offer. An upsell example would be a Buy 1 Get 3 Free type of offer. If they do not want this, you can provide a second downsell offer ( Buy 1 Get 2 Free ). You can reroute your customers to these links in creative ways, such as in a Yes/No Thanks pop-up link. Having an upsell and downsell page in addition to your regular page will require you to pay for three different listings of $19 each. Resell Rights - This product type is easy to implement. To use it, create a different download page and a different list. Developer's License - Offer this to customers who want to offer a service to their clients. Product Delivery - To deliver your product, you can set up a basic download page on your website using an HTML editor. You can also set up a protected members area. Whatever you use, you have to make sure you have a backend offer on your download page. This can be an ad for another one of your products, or a second chance to get your one time offer. You can offer your downsell on the back end page as well.

Pre-Launch - How to set up your JV Page so you can recruit JVs and generate buzz in the forum market place. Your JV Page Commissions - Determine how much commission you are going to pay. It is recommended that you pay 75% to 100% commission on the front end, and 50% on the back end if you have an upsell. However, the more potential money you offer your affiliates, the more likely it is that they will promote your offer instead of all the others in the market place. Commission Bump - If you want to offer your affiliates or JV partners a higher commission than regular affiliates, then you can tell them to say a secret phrase when they request your product (Example: bump me ). You can offer 75-100% commission as their reward. These bumps make your JV partners and affiliates feel special. Contest Cash/Prizes - You can give away cash prizes to your affiliates. Top Five Highest Sales, Most Sales In the First 24 Hours, First to 20 Sales, First to 50 Sales, Highest EPC. For most of these prizes, you should pay them out immediately so that it gives your affiliates an incentive to promote again. Place a direct link to your request offer. Make the link easy for your affiliates to access. Review Copy - Adding a review copy is contingent on you. Make sure you are not losing sales because of having a review copy. Recruiting JVs Once you have your JV page set up, it is time to start recruiting JVs. At least two weeks in advance, email your list of JVs a link to the JV page. You can also go into the Warrior forum and PM your friends. Do not spam people because you can get banned. Email friends, not just acquaintances. Get their Skype or email addresses so you can contact them directly without worrying about spam limitations and forum rules. For strangers, offer to promote their next WSO in exchange for promoting yours. Offer your services to them first, then start a conversation. Ultimately, you want to contact your JV partners on Skype or Email. Add a link to your JV page in your signature as advertising. Also add a link in your WSO. JV Notify Pro is a site you can use to list your joint venture. Skype Channels - another source for recruiting JVs. You can do a blog search on google and find people who have authority blogs on your selling topic, Ask them if they want to promote your offer.

Find people that write articles about your product. This usually means that they are also building a list. Offer them a link to your page so they can work with you. Competitor s Affiliates - use a google search and find people who are offering a similar product to yours. It is actually very easy to work with them and their affiliates. You can set up your JV page a month in advance and recruit people while you are still working on your full product. Generating Buzz Contact your list to get them primed and ready. Create a youtube video about your product to help generate buzz for it. You can create two types of youtube videos. A Demo of your product, or a commercial. Both of these types of videos are basically sales letters in video form. Websites you can use to create your commercials include imotionvideo.com, KillerSalesVideo.com, and Fiverr.com. These commercials should be like 60 second trailers for a movie. Early Bird Page - a great way to create buzz. It can be a page on your blog where you have the launch details and your youtube video embedded. You can apply fast action bonuses, which can include an early bird price if they sign up for your early bird list. You can set the price to rise permanently at a predetermined time (24 hours, 5 days, etc). You can also run a viral contest for early bird subscribers. For example, your prize can be awarded to a random person who either shares your link on Facebook or Twitter, gives your Youtube video a thumbs up, posts a comment on your blog, or signs up to your early bird list. You can offer cash or a prize in return. Pre-Launch WSO - You should purchase your WSO listing 2 days in advance of your release date. If it doesn t get approved, you will have time to fix it for any issues. Once you pay for your listing, it goes live immediately. At this point, copy all the information, buy button, and remaining code from your test thread to your live thread. Do this all immediately, because people will be in there immediately. Optionally, you can buy a Pre-Launch WSO two days before your launch and insert your early bird offer in the title of your WSO. leave your actual final sales copy in your test thread. This pre launch WSO will cost you $40. However, if you are able to get your ideal customers onto your early bird page, and eventually get them onto a list, this investment can pay for itself. You will build more buzz and get more sales. On your Pre-Launch WSO, you can include the launch details, cash prizes they can win, the limited-time-offer early bird price, and ask for comments about your product. The prime purpose of your Pre-Launch WSO is to promote your early bird page. You can also get your JV partners to email people and send people to your early bird page as well. To send people to your page, you can email your list, get into Skype groups, advertize on social media, and incentivize your JV partners to cooperate with you by

setting up a special affiliate link for them, so they can get credit for anyone that they send there. How long your prelaunch should be depends on whether or not you want to wait until you get some big JV partners on board. But if you are just doing your first WSO, you your goal should be to get as many people as possible from various resources. One full week is plenty of time to build buzz and schedule an email. If it is too long, they may forget about your product. Launch - How to monitor your WSO product once you are ready to launch. Test Everything Test your PayPal account. Make sure you are verified and have no limits on your account that will inhibit your sales. Before your product launch, test a sale by buying something for one penny. Also, once the launch is live, you can also buy the product from yourself to make sure things are working properly. Test your autoresponder to make sure your customers will get sent to the download page. Test every download link on your download page to make sure your downloads are going to the right place. The best way to test your links is to copy and paste URL links from the browser directly into your autoresponder form. You can also test your links by going to your upsell and downsell pages and pasting those links into the Warrior Plus product listing form. After testing, it is time to go live. Going Live The best time to launch a WSO is between 10-12 EST. You can pay for your thread as soon as you are ready to launch it. Once paid, it will go live immediately. Tell your JVs in advance when your launch is gonna be. Your affiliates should be mailing their list one hour before your launch. Make your Warrior Plus listing live as well so people can buy your product. If you already created a pre-launch thread, bump your thread at launch time. Your thread must be on page 3 or later pages in order to bump it. This is why it is important to create your pre-launch thread at least two days in advance in order to give your page time to be pushed to page 3. If you did your price freeze for a certain time period, you must remember to increase that price.

Keep track of when to remove your fast action bonuses. You can keep contacting your affiliates as the clock ticks down in order to give them more time pressure and more reasons to mail. Replying To Comments and PMs Reply to every comment ASAP. If you have received a particularly bad comment, you can report them to the Warrior Forum and have that comment deleted. The person may even be banned. If a comment refers to a flaw in the product, then only address it if it affects other customers in the thread. If it is an issue between you and that person, send them a PM to settle it privately. An example of a personal customer issue that can be settled through PM is a customer that did not receive the correct download link. If you are getting the same questions from multiple users, you can send one reply to multiple users. Click on the multi-quote button to do this. Updating Your Thread You should update your thread if you get WSO of The Day, reach a milestone of numbers sold, as you get testimonials and comments, as you stack new bonuses on, and just before you take those bonuses off. For example, Fast action bonus ends in two hours!. In the first day of your launch, and especially during the first few hours, be active in the forum by answering PMs, replying to comments, and updating your thread. Updating Your Affiliates Also update your affiliates in a timely manner so they can mail updates to their respective lists. You can create emails and swipe copy for your affiliates that notify subscribers of expiring bonuses, conversion rate statistics, thread updates. It s a good idea to create these for your affiliates well in advance. In these emails, be sure to highlight the achievements of certain successful affiliates. ( Bob got a conversion rate of 13% for his list! ) If you are having good results, always take screenshots. Post-Launch - Executing price changes and refunds, keeping records, and making more money. Price Changes & Refunds Handle these efficiently and promptly. You don t want a bad reputation in the warrior forum for not refunding people promptly. It is important to consider the fact that customers can charge back on a credit card purchase made through PayPal up to six months after the date of purchase. A

chargeback will hurt your good standing on your PayPal account. Make sure you provide good customer service well after the launch of your product. Keeping Records Take success screenshots during the first 24-48 hours of your launch that you can use for your next WSO. Add them to your affiliate page so when you create your JV page for your next product, you can prove how successful your last product was. Add the contact information of all your affiliates to a spreadsheet. Keep track of your top affiliates. Make sure you give your promised bonuses as soon as they qualify for them. They will then be more likely to promote you in the future. Keep track of your bad affiliates. These are the ones that send you lots of traffic but no sales, which hurt your conversion rate. You can deny these affiliates when your next offer is available. How To Make More Money Bumping your thread to the top of the page again costs $20.
