Appointment of New Directors The Shareholders considered and approved the proposed appointment of Mr. ZHANG Jianhua as a non-executive Director and Mr. LU Dong as an executive Director by way of ordinary resolutions at the first extraordinary general meeting for the year 2015 of the Company (the EGM ) held on 12 January 2015.
