Locations: See Signage Site Plan for 1. Street Frontage on Sunrise Boulevard and on NW 16 th Avenue Specifications: Each side may be a maximum of 60 SF 2 DIRECTORY SIGNAGE Description: Double-sided cabinet sign, functioning as directory sign with building names and respective tenants. Sign must have ability to update individual tenant names as needed. Locations: See Signage Site Plan for 2. Specifications: Each side may be a maximum of 20 SF DIRECTIONAL SIGNAGE Description: Double-sided directional post and panel sign, functioning as a directional sign with building names, tenant names, directions or arrows, with any combination permitted. Locations: See Signage Site Plan for. Specifications: Each side may be a maximum of SF set on a post with a maximum combine height (post and panel) of 5. BUILDING/TOWER SIGNAGE Description: For purposes of this section, the following definitions shall apply: Tower sign shall mean a sign which is affixed to and flat against one side of the Tower as specified in illustration No., indicating tenant business or [Sawgrass Technology Park] identification located on any of the three sides of the Tower. Maximum Number: The maximum number of signs shall be distributed in the following combinations, provided that the total signage shall not exceed the maximum area listed below. Tower Signs, or 2 Tower Signs/1 Building Sign, or 2 Building Signs. Notwithstanding the above maximum signage, additional tenant identification signage on the building may be allowed if a tenant has a separate entryway which would warrant identification signage located near the entryway, subject to approval of the City Director of Planning and Development. Area Maximum: 1 square foot per lineal foot of building frontage. Building frontage shall mean the side of the building facing the Ring Road. In the event a building fronts the Ring Road on two sides, the longer side shall be utilized to arrive at maximum area.
Location Hierarchy: Building/Tower signage shall be located in the following preferred hierarchy: 1) on the Tower, 2) on the Building Band as specified in illustration No., or ) in another location on the building with the approval of the City Director of Planning and Development. BUILDING/TOWER SIGNAGE Description: 1 square foot per lineal foot of building frontage. Building frontage shall mean the side of the building facing the Ring Road. In the event a building fronts the Ring Road on two sides, the longer side shall be utilized to arrive at maximum area. The sign may be in a single location (2 sides of tower will count as one location) in two separate locations on the building representing two tenants. Max 2 per building (total of the two signs will be max of 100% of the allowable area), two sides of tower will count as one sign and can be any percentage of max allowed.
