He focuses primarily on construction and contract interpretation litigation and arbitration. John assists international and domestic owners, contractors and engineers with the review and drafting of construction and joint venture contracts, project specific E&O, builders' risk course of construction and liability insurance, performance, bid and labour and materials bonds and tender documents.
