STEP 1: Take vertical divider panel A and attach a runner side to BOTH sides of the panel. Note the position of the screws in the close up illustration and ensure the stopper of the runner is at the back of the panel as illustrated. NOTE: You will be building this unit face down. To make later steps easier and also to protect the product during the building process, we suggest laying the polystyrene packing STEP 2: Attach panel A to the wide horizontal divider panel B. Note the small drill holes along the top edge on panel B should be visible and facing upwards and the larger drill holes on the face of the panel should be facing towards the base (as shown). STEP 3: Take LH side panel C and attach 3x side runners (). Use the close up detail for the screw positions on the runner and ensure the stopper of the runner is at the back of the panel. Note: Panel C should be positioned with the grooved edge facing upwards and the smaller drill holes facing towards the base as shown. When the runners are in place, insert 3x cam dowels () into the larger of the drill holes that are positioned between the runners. STEP 4: Insert 4x wooden dowels () into the remaining holes in between the runners of side panel C and push panels B and D into position as shown. Insert 3x cam locks () into the large holes of panels B & D facing the base and turn clockwise to lock. STEP 5: Take RH side panel E and attach 3x side runners (). Use the close up detail from step 3 for the screw positions on the runner and ensure the stopper of the runner is at the back of the panel. Note: Panel E should be positioned with the grooved edge facing upwards and the smaller drill holes facing towards the base as shown. When the runners are in place, insert 3x cam dowels () into the larger of the drill holes that are positioned between the runners. STEP 6: Connect panel E to the part assembled unit using 4x wooden dowels (). When in position, insert 3x cam locks () into the large drill holes of panels B & D and turn clockwise to lock. STEP 7: STEP 8: Position base plinth F onto the unit using 4x wooden dowels (), ensuring the recessed groove of the base plinth is facing up. When in place, insert 4x barrel nuts (#7) into the holes on the inside of the side panels and then insert 4x bolts (#8) into the base plinth. Tighten fully with the Allen key. NOTE: This is where it helps building on the polystyrene packaging. The unit will now be raised slightly making it easier to attach the base & top panels without having to lift up the part constructed unit. Prepare the top panel G with 6x cam dowels (). STEP 10: Attach the two back panels (H), leaving the holes on the top corners free. STEP 11: TWO PEOPLE are needed to stand the unit upright. STEP 12: Create the drawers. Start by attaching the remaining parts of the runners to ALL of the side panels J & K. Note the open end of the runner should be at the back of the drawer side panel, by the visible drill holes. STEP 13: Prepare both of the large drawer fronts.
