GAU-19 MAINTENANCE FIXTURE Multi-functional design allows the weapon to be positioned both vertically and horizontally for maintenance as well as function testing. Design features include a Lazy Susan style-rotating platform when the weapon is in the vertical position to easily have access to the weapon from all sides. Additional features include CNC machine labeled partments for keeping the weapon s hardware and parts organized during maintenance. Mounts to all workbench style surfaces either permanently with simple hardware or temporarily with C-Clamps. PRODUCT WARRANTY INFORMATION Fulcrum Concepts LLC (FCLLC) warrants to the Original Purchaser of the FCLLC product (herein called the Unit ) that such Unit, and all parts thereof, will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the date of shipment of the Unit to the Original Purchaser. During this one year warranty period, FCLLC will repair or replace any defective part or portion returned to FCLLC by the Original Purchaser which FCLLC determines was defective due to faulty material or workmanship. CAUTIONS AND WARNINGS DISCLAIMER Failure to follow the GAU-19 disassembly/reassembly instructions in the General Dynamics GAU-19 maintenance manual, and the following instructions, could result in weapon system damage and/or damage to equipment. Ensure maintenance stand is on a level surface and secured with C-clamps or hardware. Two man lift is required when securing/removing the GAU-19 to/from the maintenance stand. Confirm weapon is safe and clear before any maintenance is performed. When placed in the vertical position and using turntable, ensure weapon is secured tightly with adjustable support turnbuckle.

Directions for use 1. Secure maintenance fixture to the workbench using hardware or C-clamps. 2. Ensure T-handle spring pins are engaged on the turntable. 3. Open mountings clamps on GAU-19 rear mount, and remove pins from the front mount. 4. Using a two-man lift, set GAU-19 onto maintenance fixture aligning the posts on the fixture to the front and rear mounts of the weapon. Warning Failure to use a two-man lift while securing or removing the weapon to/from the maintenance fixture can cause serious injury, or damage the equipment 5. Insert two front and two rear pins to secure weapon to the maintenance fixture. Note The following steps cannot be pleted unless the barrels, barrel support, muzzle device, and hardware (if installed) are removed from the GAU-19 6. For turntable operations, remove the two rear pins securing the rear mount to the maintenance fixture. 7. Fold support grip up and lock into position with attached pin.
8. Raise GAU-19 to vertical position and rest the housing on the support grip. Adjust the rubber bumper as necessary. 9. Raise adjustable support into position and turn knob to ensure positive and secure contact with the gun housing. 10. To rotate turntable during maintenance, disengage T-handle spring pins. 11. To lock turntable, engage T-handle spring pins and rotate turntable until it locks.
Caution During GAU-19 maintenance, ensure use of the labeled small parts and hardware partments located on the fixture. Failure to do so may result in lost parts, FOD, or damage to weapon. 12. To move gun back to horizontal position, ensure turntable is in locked position with front and rear posts aligned. 13. Loosen and lower adjustable support. 14. With rear mount clasps of GAU-19 open, lower weapon to a horizontal position on rear posts and secure with two pins. 15. Remove pin from support grip and lower onto turntable. 16. Install barrels, barrel support and muzzle device if required. 17. Perform function check if required
