To guide collective efforts across the public, private and people sectors to realise our vision of every Singaporean being ready to seize the benefits and opportunities afforded by technology in everyday life.
Some questions under discussion How might we make the process of going digital more desirable for those who are unwilling to do so? What are some of their biggest barriers, and how might we overcome them? What can we do to incentivise organisations to adopt digital inclusion guidelines? Should we develop standards for compliance across relevant industries? How can we incentivise and build up values among the community segments, including youth, leading to ethical and responsible behaviours in cyber space? How can countries catch up with those who are more developed and advanced in tech and e-commerce adoption among citizens and businesses? Challenge: Multi-faceted nature of digital adoption literacy, multi-lingual environment, balance between security fears and benefits, ethical considerations, etc
