Identify Discover Achieve a guided workbook Julia Crump
introduction Welcome to Identify, Discover, Achieve: A Guided Workbook. My name is Julia Crump, and I m a life coach. My passion in life is to empower women to be their most confident selves, to support them in developing fulfilling relationships, and to encourage them to follow their dreams. I've put together this workbook of activities that I personally found incredibly influential in my own personal development work, paired with a series of videos to guide you through (you can definitely complete this workbook without watching, though). The video series can be found at: https://www.juliacrump.com/freeguided-workbook/. These activities and journaling prompts are all tools I use with my one-on-one clients as we begin our work together to help them get clear on what they want, and how to set a plan to get there. It s so important to take the time to learn about yourself. What s making you happy? What s making you frustrated? What are situations that make you feel great? What are you really, really good at? What do you want in your heart? I believe that we need to have the answers to these questions if we want to move forward and build really fulfilling lives and careers. I hope that this workbook will encourage you to check in with yourself, and look at your world with a different perspective. As always, if you have any questions or comments, connect with me via email at Julia@juliacrump.com or on social media. You already have everything you need to create your dream life. Now, let's make it happen. You've got this! Julia

goal setting From the Wheel of Life exercise, choose one area that you want to focus on right now. What is one thing you can accomplish in the next month to help raise your score one or two points? The best goals are SMART: Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Time-oriented. SPECIFIC: What do I want to accomplish? What do I need to accomplish this? Why do I want to do this? MEASURABLE: How will I measure my goal? How will I know when it is done? ACHIEVABLE: What are the steps I should take to accomplish this goal? RELEVANT: Why should I accomplish this goal right now? How does this goal fit into my long term picture? TIME-ORIENTED: When am I going to work on this goal? When do I want to complete this goal? How long will it take to do it?
goal setting Use this page to detail how you will achieve your goal. MY GOAL: I'd like to complete this by this date: Now, work backwards to determine the smaller steps you will need to take to make this happen. For example, finally launching your blog might include choosing a name, choosing a site to host your blog, taking or finding a great picture of you, planning the first 10 posts, and coming up with a marketing plan.
