With the edging produced in its own plant and perfectly matched to the ZOOM collection, EGGER offers a great variety of decors and formats. Only optimally coordinated edge finishing results in the ultimate overall impression of the end product. Original EGGER ABS security edging is easy to identify thanks to the EGGER symbol. EGGER melamine edging has a multilayer structure consisting of decorative paper and one or more core layers. It is available from inventory with and without hot melt adhesive. 04
The EGGER edging plant of Roma Plastik is located in Gebze near Istanbul. By laminating the surfaces with EGGER micro-laminate, the non-combustible mineral A2 boards are part of the decor match for the current ZOOM collection. The ProAcoustic A2 elements are available in select perforations. Slotting is also possible as a visually attractive alternative to drilling. The image clearly illustrates the composition of ProAcoustic A2: at the top is the micro-laminate, then the coreboard on a mineral basis, followed by the balancer paper and the black acoustic membrane at the very bottom. 05
EGGER RETAIL PRODUCTS The secret of Laneo is our EGGER cork+ technology: The decor image itself is applied to the surface, a high-density cork layer, using direct print technology and is then permanently sealed with environmentally friendly coatings. A second bottom cork layer dampens impact sound and improves the laying characteristics of the flooring. Laneo was awarded the Blue Angel seal of approval. Two cork layers reduce impact and ambient sound in addition to making Laneo warm and soft. Decors with a bevel on all four sides are particularly appealing for shop fitting applications. The Northland Oak Grey decor shown here also scores points in public spaces thanks to classification in slip resistance class R10. 06
