Installation Instruc- FS-PORTL LM Installation Instructions (I) Installation Instructions Preparation For machining and installation of the sash, frame and operating rod profiles for the Hinge sides for intersection points Locking sides for intersection points, E and F see ssembly Instructions for LM 4200-K, LM 4200- and LM 4200-S. Fitting the sash frames Put together the folding sashes in appropriate pairs and drill the holes for sash hinges ( and 3), bottom hinge (6 and 8) and bottom hinges (5 and 7). For this see front page and FS-PORTL LM assembly aids. For elements with a loose folding sash (intersection point F) drill the holes for support (2) and support F (3). Screw on sash hinges ( and 3) plus bottom hinge (6 and 8) and bottom hinges (5 and 7). For sash hinge, wide () ensure vertical alignment. For elements with a loose folding sashes (intersection point F) screw on support (2) and support F (3). Lightly grease support (2) and support F (3). Fitting on the frame ut guide rail (9), two cover rails F (20) and running rail (2) to length (length = R). N..: ut off the running rail (2) on the opposite side to the access sash. Screw on guide rail (9) and running rail (2). Note: In the area of the folded element (approx. 500 mm) all the screws, after this only every 2nd screw, or for the running rail alternately top and bottom. Final fitting Push the roller (0) into the running rail. Fit the folding sashes in order, beginning with the frame side sash. To fit the roller(0) lay spacer strips (customer to provide) in the rebate groove as a fitting aid. Push roller (0) into the supporting plate on bottom hinge (8) and bottom hinge (7). For this bring the adjusting nut into the right position, see Picture. Hold the top hinge pin L of the roller (0) with 5 mm /F socket head wrench and tighten the clamping nut with 7 mm open ended spanner, see Picture 2. Push the guide() into the supporting plate of both bottom hinge (6) and bottom hinge (5) and tighten with 3 mm open ended spanner, see Picture 3.
