Strip 40 mm from both sides of the DC Cable outer sleeve. 4. Strip 8 mm of insulation from every wire end. 5. Using a proper crimping tool, crimp the cord end terminals (supplied) on the wire stripped tips (four on each cable side). 6. Insert the cable through the connector record parts (1a, 1b, 1c, 1d). 7. At the connector side, insert each wire end terminal to the proper connector contact according to the schematics below. 8. Tight all terminal screws. 9. Assemble the connector. Tight the cable sleeve (1a) and pressing screw (1d) in order to assure sealing. 10. After connecting to the BUC, wrap the sealing tape around both the cable and the mating connector. In order to assure water drainage, the cable clamp should be pointed down when the plug is connected to the BUC.
