I have always wondered what contracted out of zeros meant, I was only 16 when this was set up, speaking to MKFP made me understand everything and they gave me really helpful advice Excellent advice and service from staff I didn't understand what it really meant to be contracted out of serps but after speaking to MKFP I understood everything, helping me with my SERPS review You asked me to get my own adviser to sort it out which he did. The whole process was handled quickly and ef ciently Helpful assistance and made pension transfer option simple I was due to get my pension at 55 with my old company and explained to MK I still wanted this however when new paperwork it is now 65 Apprecaite the yearly review and the fairly easy to undersatnd yearly statement. the last question only gave 2 options and not 5 would say ve, but won't show... 5 Agents explained everything well Everything took abit too long to be processed After initial contact, I felt that all was straightforward now look to future I found the service good but not exceptional. happy with serp sreviews Serps review seemed great. Pension advice very good from MKFP! Always informative and nothing is to much trouble I feel i have recieved excllent service regarding my Pension enquiry Everything was fully explained in plain English which was refreshing after the initial brain numbing sales pitch from GRE agent when setting up pension in rst place. Keep up the good work. v good My query was dealt with professionally and completed promptly. I now have my pension where it is better suited. generally its been ok but confusing at times, a lot of info to take in. No no problems All explain on a way i vould underdstand and relate to Never fully understood about this but they have tried to explain to me.
