Meet the Professionals 4 MORGAN STANLEY SMITH BARNEY

Aaron E. Mechling, CRPS Corporate Retirement Director Senior Vice President Financial Advisor enjoys golfing, fine dining and traveling. Aaron began his career with one of the big four public accounting firms, specializing in financial and pension auditing. This varied background has helped enable Aaron to develop customized investment strategies and advise high net worth families as well as corporations with a unique perspective to wealth management. He is firmly committed to long-term relationships and strives to deliver exceptional client service, all the while helping his clients achieve their financial objectives. Aaron attended the University of Toledo and graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. Soon after graduation, Aaron also achieved the designation of Certified Public Accountant. After spending the first part of his career in public accounting, Aaron started his career in the financial services industry when he joined the Kaser Group at PaineWebber in 1997. His wife and their two children live just outside Toledo, in Maumee, Ohio. Spending time with his family is a priority for Aaron, but he also THE KASER MECHLING GROUP 5

David R. Kaser Portfolio Management Director Senior Vice President Financial Advisor As an investment professional for more than 25 years, Dave began his career in the fixed income division of a major Wall Street firm. Today he implements wealth management strategies for clients through a consultative process. Working diligently to understand his clients, their goals, objectives, and risk tolerances helps Dave establish well defined investment strategies. Dave is firmly committed to long-term relationships and strives to deliver exceptional client service around the world. Born and raised in Toledo, Ohio, Dave received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Dayton. He has been married to his wife, Maggie, for more than 20 years and has three active children. Dave has been very involved in the community serving on many non profit boards, including being elected Board Chairman for Make A Wish Foundation of Northwest Ohio. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family and helping coach youth sports in the Toledo area. Richard J. Kaser, CFP, CIMA Portfolio Management Director Senior Vice President Financial Advisor Rick began his career as an intern while still attending college. As an intern he successfully completed his FINRA Series 7 license becoming one of the youngest representatives associated with The New York Stock Exchange. Rick spent much of his early career working with corporations and traveling across the country to develop and implement financial plans for their employees. This, along with his completion of the Certified Financial Planner certification, has given him the knowledge and experience to work with clients on the most complex financial plans. Rick graduated from Miami University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting and has completed the Certified Investment Management Analyst Program at The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He is also a Certified Financial Planner. Rick moved back to the Toledo area after college and married his wife, Missy, with whom he has three children. Church board, coaches youth basketball and resides in Ottawa Hills, Ohio. Thomas W. Kreft Registered Marketing Associate Tom began his financial career in 1972 as a financial advisor. His wealth management strategies utilize Modern Portfolio Theory as the guiding discipline for his investment recommendations. He is firmly committed to long term relationships and to serving the multi-generational needs of the team s clients. Throughout Tom s career he has served in the capacity of Partner, Registered Investment Advisor, Vice President and Senior Vice President. Tom is an alumnus of Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, specializing in Business Law, Finance and Marketing. He attended the College of Law, University of Toledo and served in the U.S. Army in the Judge Advocate General Corp. Tom and his wife Linda married in 1975 and have two adult children. An avid sailor, Tom captained and crewed competitively for many years and was a member of several yacht clubs. ous charitable organizations. Jesse M. Lancaster Consulting Group Analyst Jesse started in the financial service industry in 2007 as an intern with The Kaser Mechling Group and became a full member of the team later that year. Jesse analyzes and monitors investment, and works directly with the financial advisors to see that clients are being provided sound investment advice and choices. He also works with the team to provide corporate clients with the advice and guidance that is needed. Jesse has been a resident of the Toledo, Ohio area his entire life and graduated from the University of Toledo and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. He currently lives in Sylvania, Ohio with his wife Sara. In his free time he enjoys golfing, traveling and being around family and friends. 8 MORGAN STANLEY SMITH BARNEY

Traci K. Osentoski Senior Registered Client Service Associate Traci has more than 25 years of experience in the financial service industry, starting right out of high school. She attended the University of Toledo and graduated with an Associates degree. Traci has spent the majority of her time in the business with The Kaser Mechling Group. She works with clients and the team to provide a friendly and efficient experience while being responsible for all the day to day operations. Traci and her husband of 23 years, Rob, have four very active children and spend much of her time traveling to watch them in their various sporting activities. In her free time she enjoys traveling, summertime activities and spending time with family and friends.
