NAME YOUR SEISMIC CHALLENGE. WE RE ALL ANSWERS. TRUE CABLE-FREE SEISMIC

YESTERDAY S SEISMIC TECHNOLOGY WAS GREAT. YESTERDAY. Get all the advantages of nodes from the team who pioneered the technology. For over 30 years, FairfieldNodal has remained a strong, innovative business partner to the seismic industry by focusing on particular seismic challenges and developing new and exciting ways to meet them. We set the standard in transition-zone seismic data collection three decades ago with our Telseis system. As we continued to evolve our recording systems, we refined our processing and computer technology to produce a uniquely FairfieldNodal product, our Gulf of Mexico Shelf 3D multi-client library. We continue to expand and improve this premier database as well. Today, our focus is nodes, the next great advance in seismic acquisition. And because we do all things nodal, no one does nodal better. From systems and acquisition to processing and imaging to licensing, all of our experience comes together as ZNodal technology, a powerful arsenal of expertise, tools and services designed to meet today s seismic challenges with speed, accuracy and efficiency. When you re ready to join your peers on the nodal frontier, put the power of our ZNodal technology to work for you.

ZNodal Systems ZNodal systems eliminate the enormous waste of constant cable troubleshooting, saving you time, money and manpower. Our ZNodal systems are true cable-free, trouble-free marvels of seismic ingenuity. They give you the freedom to push the limits and find the answers you seek more safely and more efficiently than ever. On land or in waters down to 3000 meters, our nodal systems take you places you couldn t go before, simplifying your operations and delivering the data you need in an increasingly challenging world. They re available for deployment anywhere in the world, as a product, a service or a combination of the two. ZLand Featuring the industry s only true cable-free nodes, the compact, lightweight and flexible ZLand system lets you acquire more data faster and more safely, for less. There are no cables to maintain and no restrictions whatsoever on receiver placement, source configuration or techniques. Using considerably less equipment, your crews can work faster and much more productively. Z700 Ocean-bottom cables and streamers have met their match. The Z700 goes where others can t, to give you full-azimuth illumination and superior data, shot in a quiet environment down to 700 meters. Each node operates autonomously. Z3000 Operated by FairfieldNodal, the Z3000 system offers distinct advantages over streamers for strategic field development and reservoir management in depths down to 3000 meters. Because the system is completely cable free, we place each node with total precision and repeatability, even in the most inaccessible places, to provide extremely quiet, full-azimuth 4C/4D data.

ZNodal Acquisition ZNodal acquisition crews work with multinational majors and independent oil companies in the world s most difficult marine environments. From survey planning to final data delivery, FairfieldNodal acquisition is a study in safety, efficiency and reliability. No one has the nodal expertise we offer, or the technology. Working in collaboration with clients to meet very specific goals, we go where others can t, to bring you the data you need to succeed. Our true cable-free seismic ZMarine systems make all the difference, capable of working in and around dense infrastructure and under obstructions with ease. In shallow water or deep, we can precisely position nodes to deliver high-quality data without limits, and with a greater than 99% data recovery rate. Our onboard quality assurance program ensures strict quality control, and our onboard data formatting streamlines processing turnaround times. Combine these innovative systems with our world-class fleet, global resources and the expertise of FairfieldNodal for the best of all possible data acquisition solutions. FairfieldNodal acquisition services are ISO 9001:2008 certified.

ZNodal Licensing As new discoveries and multiple pay potential spark renewed interest in West Texas, FairfieldNodal is there, collecting critical high-quality data. FairfieldNodal is well known for our multiclient library, with 2800 blocks of highquality 3D seismic data on the Gulf of Mexico Shelf, an extensive database that we continually upgrade. We are currently reprocessing the entire library using anisotropic prestack depth migration. We will soon expand our 3D library using our advanced Z700 cable-free marine acquisition system, shooting new wideazimuth data for better imaging around complex salt structures. Recently, FairfieldNodal has taken its multi-client expertise onshore. In a joint venture with TRNCO, we are currently acquiring data in the Permian Basin, with plans to expand in step with our clients needs throughout the Lower 48.

ZNodal Processing & Imaging Nodal seismic data is changing what s possible, and we have revolutionary processing techniques to make the most of its unique advantages. FairfieldNodal has the people, the technology and the expertise to process and image critical seismic data using the most advanced techniques. Our teams include processors, research geophysicists, programmers and software development specialists with extensive industry experience, and we are relentless in our pursuit of the next generation of processing algorithms. As nodal technology pioneers, we are uniquely capable of optimizing oceanbottom nodal data. We have developed proprietary techniques specifically for nodal data, including special wavefield separation, noise reduction and multiple removal to ensure outstanding data quality. We are also thoroughly equipped to process all conventional seismic data. Our global processing experts are attuned to the specific needs of local clients and continue to do amazing things with conventional land, streamer and converted wave data. Whether the data is nodal or conventional, yours or ours, you can count on FairfieldNodal for a wealth of processing and imaging capabilities, including: Noise attenuation Kirchhoff prestack time migration and depth imaging, with Kirchhoff, common azimuth and shot-based wave equation, beam, mirror and reversetime migration algorithms Separation of upgoing and downgoing wavefields Wavefield extrapolation Multiple attenuation Anisotropic model building Converted wave processing Survey merging
