With regard to - INFRAMED INFRASTRUCTURE FUND (Regional Mediterranean) Fund targeting sustainable urban, transportation and energy infrastructure in Mediterranean Partnership Countries The Board of Directors was not at this stage in a position to approve the operation and asked for discussions with other sponsors to continue. * * * * * The Board of Directors approved the EIB s Transparency Policy, Complaints Mechanism Principles, Terms of Reference and Rules of Procedure and Report on the Related Public Consultation. The Board of Directors took note of and discussed evaluation reports on Special Dedicated Global Loans in the European Union between 2005 and 2007 as well as on i2i Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Projects.
