Overview Design The transmitter is available in different enclosure to fit any demands: IP67 enclosure for compact or wall mounting IP00 as a 19 insert IP65 for wall mounting IP65 enclosure in stainless steel for EEx application Function Keypad Sono 3000 is a transit time based transmitter designed for ultrasonic flowmetering on any pipe in the SONO series up to DN 000. SONO 3000 is a microprocessor based transmitter engineered for high performance, easy installation, commissioning and maintenance, suitable for 1, 2 or track flowmeters. The function of the keys is as follows: Name Sign Function TOP UP Back to the OPERATOR MENU PAGE FORWARD Step forward through the menues PAGE BACKWARD Step backward through the menues CHANGE Change the settings or numerical values SELECT Select the figures to be changed LOCK/UNLOCK Allow to change settings, access to submenues Settings are stored automatically in the transmitter and in the SENSORPROM flow memory unit. The values remain stored in the event of power failure and when a transmitter is replaced. Operation of any key illuminates the display. The light is automatically turned off 10 minutes after last key operation.
