1 Company profile
Basic Introduction China leading rubber moulding mould supplier Established in 2001. Moved to Foshan in 2008. 1500 square meters factory area. 40 staff members, including 5 designers and 2 QCs. ISO9001:2000 certificated. Test moulds before delivery to guarantee mould quality.
2 Facility and workshop
Before Processing facility 5 CNC centers 5 CNC lathes 12 digital milling machines 2 drilling machines 1 electrical sparkle machine & 1 grinding machine 2 linear cutting machine 2 injection machines for mould test 1 cold shrinkage tube production line
Processing facility upgrades 5 CNC centers: we bought new CNC centers to change our old machines. Now, all our CNC centers are new ones. The precision degree improved a lot. 10 digital milling machines: we have upgraded 8 to automatic controlled machines. Now, only 2 workers can control all the milling machines. 3 injection machines for mould test: 2 of them are vertical and one is horizontal machines. 1 cold shrinkage tube production line: cold shrinkage tube is our new product. We have passed some tests.
