Jenny Club Instructions: Aluminum Legs. Align aluminum leg with threaded insert, in hole 6. (see Jenny Club Hole Template). NOTE: Hand tightening is not sufficient for assembly of aluminum legs.. Tighten aluminum leg using Allen wrench. Repeat procedure for remaining legs, using Allen wrench only. ALUMINUM LEG Please use Allen wrench for the assembly of the alumimun leg. NOTE: Pin is placed in hole 6, screw is fastened through hole, (see Jenny Club Hole template).. Insert screw into hole on block leg (a) and tighten with screwdriver (b).. Jenny Club Instructions: Casters and Block Legs. Place two () casters onto underside of chair, above the back. Insert four () /-0 x " phillips head screws through holes in caster and into holes on underside of chair. Tighten screws using a extended phillips bit. NOTE: Insert caster screws into holes -, (see Jenny Club Hole Template). Place two () block legs onto underside of chair. Insert screw into hole on block leg and tighten with screwdriver. SCREW BLOCK LEG /-0 x " PHILLIPS HEAD SCREW CASTER NOTE: Pin is placed in hole 6, screw is fastened through hole, (see Jenny Club Hole Template). Jenny Club Instructions: Rear Corner Caster for a Corner Unit. Repeat step above except for the rear corner location.. Align the caster with the holes in the corner plate.. Secure the caster through the holes in the corner plate using four () /-0 x /" phillips head screws (a). Tighten screws using a extended phillips bit (b). Jenny Club Low Instructions: Glides. Align () glide with threaded insert in 6 GLIDE hole 6 (see Jenny club low hole template).. Insert and tighten glide by hand. Repeat for remaining glides. 6 (Back of Chair) JENNY CLUB LOW HOLE TEMPLATE (Typical Front and Back Corners) Jenny Round Low Instructions: Glides GLIDE. Align () glide with threaded insert at front of chair.. Insert and tighten glide by hand. Repeat procedure for remaining front glide.. Insert cap screw and tighten using 6mm hex bit. Repeat procedure for remaining rear aluminum leg. Jenny Round Instructions: Older Style Aluminum Rear Leg Replacement FLAT HEAD WOOD SCREW a. Remove and save two () flat head wood screws. NUT WASHER. Turn chair upright and push down on the back of the seat to rotate front of the seat up. Lift seat out of the chair.. Remove washers and nuts securing older style rear legs (a) and remove rear legs from chair (b).. On the inside of the chair, install supplied T-nuts into holes closest to the middle of the chair, using a hammer. 6. Refer to page, as needed, and install the new style rear legs. 7. Reinstall seat by reversing disassembly order in step.
