Beading Techniques needed to complete the necklace: Opening and Closing a Jump Ring Wire Wrapped Link Instructions to complete Summer Festival necklace: Step 1 Use this layout guide to complete the longest length of the necklace. From left to right: 8 inches cable chain 3 4mm coral glass beads (wire wrapped) 3 inches triangle chain.5 inch cable chain 1 6mm blue glass bead (wire wrapped to the chain above and below) 2 inches disc chain (connect the 17mm tassel 3 links down on the disc chain) 1 size 8 seed bead, 1 4mm coral glass bead, 1 6mm blue glass bead, 1 coral glass bead - 1 size 8 seed bead (wire wrapped to the chain above and below) 1.5 inches cable chain Using a 6mm jump ring, connect the 30mm tassel to the 1.5 inch cable chain above and the.75 inch cable chain below).75 inches cable chain 2 inches triangle chain 1 size 8 seed bead, 1 4mm coral glass bead, 1 6mm blue glass bead, 1 coral glass bead - 1 size 8 seed bead (wire wrapped to the chain above and below) 3 inches cable chain (connect the 17mm tassel 8 links down on the cable chain) 5 size 8 seed beads (wire wrapped to the chain above and below).5 inch cable chain 1 6mm blue glass bead (wire wrapped to the chain above and below) 3.5 inches disc chain 4.75 cable chain

Step 2 Using a 2-inch length of wire, make a wire wrapped loop attached to an 8-inch length of cable chain. (see Wire Wrapped Link Technique). Step 3 String three 4mm coral glass beads onto the wire. Step 4 Make a wire wrapped loop on the other end of the wire, attaching it to a 3-inch length of triangle chain.

Step 5 Using a 2-inch length of wire, make a wire wrapped loop attached to the 3-inch length of triangle chain from step 4. Step 6 Follow the layout guide in step 1. Continue the necklace in the same manner as in steps 3-5 for the entire length. Attach each tassel to the chain using a 6mm jump ring.

Step 7 Use this layout guide to complete the middle length of the necklace. From left to right: 8.5 inches cable chain 5 size 8 seed beads (wire wrapped to the chain above and below) Using a 6mm jump ring, attach the 17mm tassel to the bottom loop of the wire wrap above. 3.5 inches disc chain 5 size 8 seed beads (wire wrapped to the beads above and below) 3 4mm coral glass beads (wire wrapped to the beads above and below) 3 6mm blue glass beads (wire wrapped to the beads above and below) 3 4mm coral glass beads (wire wrapped to the beads above and below) 5 size 8 seed beads (wire wrapped to the beads above and below) 3.5 inches disc chain 5 size 8 seed beads (wire wrapped to the chain above and below) 8.5 inches cable chain Step 8 Using a 2-inch length of wire, make a wire wrapped loop attached to an 8.5-inch length of cable chain. (see Wire Wrapped Link Technique).

Step 9 String five size 8 seed beads onto the wire. Step 10 Make a wire wrapped loop on the other end of the wire, attaching it to a 3.5-inch length of disk chain. Step 11 Following the layout guide in step 6, continue the necklace in the same manner as in steps 8-10 for the entire length. Attach each tassel to the chain using a 6mm jump ring

Step 12 Use this layout guide to complete the shortest length of the necklace. From left to right: 7.5 inches cable chain 2 inches triangle chain 7.5 inches cable chain Step 13 Using a 2-inch length of wire, make a wire wrapped loop attached to a 7.5-inch length of cable chain. (see Wire Wrapped Link Technique).

Step 14 String one size 8 seed beads, one 4mm coral glass bead and one size 8 seed bead onto the wire. Step 15 Make a wire wrapped loop on the other end of the wire, attaching it to a 2-inch length of triangle chain. Step 16 Following the layout guide in step 11, continue the necklace in the same manner as in steps13-15 for the entire length.

Step 17 Using chain nose pliers, open one jump ring (see Opening and Closing a Jump Ring Technique). Use the jump ring to attach the loop on the lobster claw clasp to one end of the chain. Close the jump ring.
