Save all packing materials until assembly is complete to avoid accidentally discarding smaller parts or hardware. After assembly: Always secure the furniture to the wall using the wall-fixing kit supplied. 1 B Cam Bolt 30 1L 1R Place the side panels flat on the floor and insert the cam bolts as shown, in the 5mm holes Only screw it in till the first large circle otherwise it may crack the side K F G Hinge Plate Rail Bracket Screw 8 4 Attach the Hinge Plates (K) and Rail Brackets (F) to the left and right Side Panels (1L and 1R). The Hinge Plates have their screws attached, the Rail Brackets uses screws G.
3 A Dowel 6 3 and 6 Insert the dowels into the dowel holes at the ends of the plinth panels 3 and cross rail 6. 4 A Dowel 4 Insert the dowels into the dowel holes at the ends of the shelf/top/base panels.
5 C Cam 30 Slide the shelves, top and base panels () onto the right side panel (1R). Ensure the finished edges of the panels are at the front. Carefully slide the plinth panels (3) and cross rail (6) into position. Please ensure the fittings holes are not visible from the outside Insert the cams into the holes in the panels and align the small arrow on each cam with the intersecting hole. Secure the panels into position by turning each cam in a clockwise direction until it locks. Carefully position the left side panel (1L) onto the construction. Insert the cams into the holes in the panels and align the small arrow on each cam with the intersecting hole. Secure the panels into position by turning each cam in a clockwise direction until it locks.
6 H Nail 60 4 1R Carefully turn the wardrobe onto its front, and lay the back panel on top. Ensure the wardrobe frame is square, then secure the back panel to the sides, shelves and cross rail, using the nails supplied. 7 Using two people, carefully stand the wardrobe on it s base. Insert the hanging rail (E)
8 J G D N P Hinge Bracket Screw Cover Handle Screw 8 16 8 0/1//3 0//4/6 Use a screwdriver and screws (G), to attach the hinge brackets to the door ensuring that the free arms face away from the door. If there are hinge bracket holes on both sides of the door, cover the unused holes with the caps (D) If your wardrobe design has a handle, secure it to the door front, using the longest screws (P). Repeat for the remaining door(s).
9 CLICK To Remove Door Push here Hinge adjustment Horizontal Depth Vertical Starting at the top of the door, attach the door to the side panel of the wardrobe by inserting the hooks under the hinge bracket into the hinge plate attached to the side panel. Secure into position by pushing down firmly on the end of the hinge bracket until you hear a Click. If after closing the doors the position of the doors need to be adjusted up / down (vertical), left / right (horizontal) or in/out (depth), move the screws shown in the diagram above, that correspond to the direction that the door needs to be adjusted, on all hinges.
10 CAUTION! Before drilling, check for hidden cables or pipes. Wear safety goggles and dust mask when drilling. The use of a residual current device (RCD) is recommended when working with power tools. M 1 set If the robe is not flush against the wall, position the bracket with only 1 screw into the top Place the wardrobe in the desired position against the wall and make a light pencil mark on the wall centrally at the top edge of the unit as shown. Move the wardrobe, hold the fixing bracket against the wall and mark the hole positions on the wall. Drill holes in the wall, using a drill size appropriate to your chosen wall fixings Secure the wall fixing bracket to the wall using a wall fixing screw and a wall plug or wall anchor suitable for the application and your wall type. Move the wardrobe back to the final location, taking care not to damage the top on the bracket. Secure the wall fixing bracket to the top panel using the screws supplied.
11 L Connectors 0 / 3 / 6 If joining two or more cabinets together, secure the wall fixing bracket to the wall as described in Stage 10, before positioning each wardrobe section in place. On a 5 door run the single wardrobe will always go at the end EXCEPT FOR BORDEUAX WHERE THE SINGLE GOES IN THE MIDDLE Put two wardrobe sections together, in their final location. Use the connector bolts and allen key to connect the two side panels together. Attach the loose ends of the anti-tilt strap to the tops of the wardrobes If required, insert shelf support pins and shelves. Maintenance and use instructions To protect the furniture, position the furniture out of direct sunlight and away from direct heat sources such as a radiators and fires. Do not place the furniture in excessively dry or humid conditions. Clean up spills immediately. Always lift the furniture when moving it (do not drag) otherwise the joints may be damaged. Check that all assembly fittings are tight on a regular basis. Cleaning instructions Dust surfaces with a soft, dry, lint free cloth. More stubborn marks can be removed using a damp (not wet) cloth. Wipe the surface dry immediately using a soft lint free cloth. Do not use detergents, abrasive cleaning products or cleaning products that contain ammonia, solvents or silicone as these may damage the surface finish.
