Concentration in worker s compensation litigation defense before all five Regional offices of the Department of Industrial Accidents. My practice encompasses all forms of worker s compensation defense to include defense of claims brought against insurers, employers and by third party litigations for medical reimbursement. Second Injury Fund recovery and subrogation analysis.
