Through her hard work and dedication, she moved through the ranks as Director of Education, on to Executive Director and ultimately owner of her alma mater. In 1989 she and her husband formed Image Group Enterprises, a Michigan based consulting and corporate training company. Since then she has conducted over 2000 seminars throughout the world and her services are in constant demand. Awards Gaye Ann Lynch Instructor of the Year by the American Institute of Banking In 1987 the American Institute of Banking asked Gaye Ann to launch a series of seminars to compliment their technical seminars. The rest is history. Since then Gaye has trained thousands of bankers from entry level and tellers to presidents and officers. Her programs became so popular that many would proclaim to be Gaye's groupies. In 1993 The American Institute of Banking recognized Gaye as Outstanding Instructor of the Year. Outstanding Veteran Trainer for Educational Excellence by CareerTrack International For nine years Gaye served as a consultant and trainer for CareerTrack, the largest producer of seminars in North America. She became one of their most "highly rated" trainers averaging a score of 9.85 out of ten. Many times she was evaluated as a solid 10. Special recognition for Leadership Skills by the Women's Advisory Board of Consumer Power Recognized at a conference entitled "Say Yes To Success" Gaye Ann was acknowledged for her business success and leadership skills. Volunteer of the Year honorable mention by the Michigan Federation of Family Agencies As a mentor to young abused teen- aged girls, Gaye's counseling and guidance helped them to develop self esteem.
