To use Cam Locks: 1. Insert Cam Bolt until snug. Set boards together 3. Insert Cam Lock 4. Turn Cam Lock clockwise (half a turn) Do not overtighten Note arrow direction If it won t turn halfway, back out the Cam Bolt ½ turn and try Cam Lock again. Assembly Tips Find a clean, smooth area on which to work, such as a carpet, in order to avoid scratching the parts. Lay out all parts and hardware on the floor or on a table in the order of their number or letter. This will familiarize you with the parts and also help you find a part when you re ready to assemble it. Usually there is a small sticker on the part with the designating letter or number that matches the letter or number in the instructions. If that sticker is missing, look at the drawing in the instruction parts list, and try to recognize the part by its shape or characteristics like holes or grooves. We have provided both text and a drawing in each step, so using both will help the most. Orient the parts so you view them exactly as they are shown in each step. To assemble: Step 1 Insert a Cam Bolt (1) in the hole of the Left Side (B). Use a Cam Lock () to secure the Back Brace (E). 1 1 1 Step Insert two Cam Bolts (1) in the other two holes of the Left Side (B). Step 3 Insert three Cam Bolts (1) in the holes of the Right Side (C). 1 3 Step 4 Insert the metal Bar (G) in the large hole of the Left Side (B) and insert the Cam Bolts from the Right Side into the end holes of the Cabinet Floor (D) and Back Brace (E). Step 5 Slide the Back (H) into the grooves of the Sides. Be sure it rests on the bottom of the groove of the Cabinet Floor. Step 6 Insert seven Cam Bolts (1) in the holes of the Top (A). Step 8 Use four Screws (9) to attach the Handles (4) to the Doors. Use two Screws (7) to attach the two Metal Plates (10) to the Doors. Step 10 Make holes in the wall, slightly smaller than the diameter of the Anchors (13). Push the Anchors in the holes in the wall, and use the Anchor Screws (8) to secure the Cleat (F) to the wall be sure the Cleat is oriented as shown. 8 4 13 4 Step 11 Have someone help you hang the cabinet on the Cleat (F).
